I have long been a fan of Brindisa at London Bridge and have to admit that this is better.
The menu is more exiting, there is a definite vibe to the place which is lacking in London Bridge and the service is friendly.
The food was excellent and that on all fronts as we chose pretty much a little of everything.
Even though we arrived at a late hour, there was no rush to get us out and we where even offered a last drink before leaving.
The slight down side, but this is true of almost all tapas nowadays is the price which can add up if you get carried away... as i always do.
The other side of town... but i'll definitely return

We enjoyed a relaxed New Years Eve meal here. We had booked and I think this was wise...it was full! There was a wide choice on the menu...we enjoyed a mixed platter of Spanish meats and three other tapas dishes. All dishes were yummy! The service was excellent, relaxed and not pushy.

We will definitely return if we find ourselves back in the area.

Had lunch here with my husband. We opted to sit at the bar to eat. The Spanish beer they have on tap is excellent-called Alhambra. It's fair to say that during lunch things get a little manic so don't go here if you want a quiet lunch. We loved the noise and bustle in there. The staff are very attentive and constantly running around with plates of lovely tasty tapas. We ate a sausage and beans dish, octopus and Iberico ham. All very tasty-the problem is knowing when to stop ordering more! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an authentic Spanish tapas bar. Even got to try out my pigeon Spanish on the staff!

We turned up on time but only 2 of us, when we had booked for 4. Told them we would like to start and the others would be along later - not a problem at all, no rushing! Attentive service, but not too in your face. Portions are not huge but it is central London and they are tapas! I would recommend booking, at least at weekends, as it soon filed up.
