Had a decent coffee and Almond Croissant for breakfast. Staff are friendly and great cakes and bread. Love 'Paul' as it's far tastier than the usual chain coffee houses.

Small place, minimal decor. The pastries are fresh, nothing exciting and a bit expensive as well. Service was good. I would again for their hot chocolate!! Is the best I have ever tried!!

Our local Pauls was quite nice. They were very friendly and we always found the food to be fresh and tasty. Some of the busier locations are a bit confusing on how/where to order what. If you can, pick a small, local place but if you ever don't know where to go and jest want to be assured of a good, reasonably priced option, the Paul's is the place to go.

Went to Paul by St. Paul's Cathedral. Hardly any seating downstairs and only a few upstairs but it was freezing and we wanted a quick stop out of the cold. The vegetarian tarts looked delicious and would have been had they bothered to heat it up sufficiently. They were excellent tasting, lovely rough puff pastry, just a shame not hot enough. We were too lazy to do downstairs again. I would still recommend as they had a variety of delicious breads.

During a recent business trip, we visited the location on Strand several times for coffee and pastries. We found the coffee and cappacino's to be wonderful and the patries were a wonderful start to the day. Additionally prices were very reasonable as it usually cost about 10 GBP for 3 people.

Each day there was different staff on hand and all were extremely friendly and helpful with our orders. There is a rush in the morning as the place is very popular but by mid-morning the vibe of the cafe is calming and pleasant.

Stop by and treat yourself.....
