Lovely room, helpful staff, good facilities. The "broken" telescope mentioned in another review was a nice quirky touch and it does (sort of) work, but too cloudy for stars.
Breakfast was excellent, and the added touches such as chocolate bars, good coffee and bottled water were nice.

A stones throw away from the O2 and the room had everything we needed. Close to the Emarites cable car / bubble, under ground and Thames Clipper Service - which is also excellent. The room was not over big but really cosy and quaint - had absolutly everything you needed including an UMBRELLA. Just can't fault it also the actual Inn had a good menu, we just didn't have time to eat there but next time - and there will definetly be a next time we will . I would say though that it wasn't cheap but its location is Perfect!

We stayed here for two nights, in their most expensive room and on arrival we were very pleased, but everyone should be clear, that despite their pricing these are rooms over a pub, NOT a hotel.
If you like early nights on a Friday or Saturday, or quiet environments, then this is not the place for you.

Also, they do not have anyone on-site when the pub is closed. We had a problem with our shower at 08:45 and couldn't speak with anyone who could do anything about it until 10am, despite the efforts of a very helpful chef and cleaner. When you want to spend the day exploring, sitting around with wet hair isn't the best substitute.

We suggested that a central number for the guests to call when they have problems would be a good idea, but I'm not sure that it was very well received ...

Other than that, the room was lovely, nice touches and well designed (although a top up of the water and biscuits on a two night stay would have been nice!). The theme for the room did compromise the space available. A useless and broken telescope took up space that would have been better used by the table and chairs. We also had a trunk at the end of the bed, which made a painful trip hazard at several points, particularly during night time toilet visits!

I don't think we would stay here again, but that might be due to the shower problem.

Finally, having looked at the reviews, it became clear that we were overcharged by an on-line booking agency, so please book direct with the hotel!

We stayed at this hotel because we were attending a concert at the O2 arena (J-Lo). The pub itself is a 10 minute walk away which is ideal after the show. We received a very friendly welcome on arrival, checked in and were shown our room. There are only five rooms which means it is nice and quiet. The room we stayed in (The Harrison Suite) was very nicely decorated, had a comfy double bed and was spotlessly clean. The ensuite bathroom had a walk in shower which was nice and hot. Also in the room was an ironing board and iron, kettle with tea\coffee etc, bottled water, a smallish flat screen tv (5 channels only) and two bars of chocolate on the bed (nice touch). The breakfast was included in the price and was served in the bar in the pub next door. The chef cooks to order so everything was hot and fresh. All in all this place was perfect for what we wanted. If we attend future events at the O2 we will definately be trying to stay here again.

I stay here overnight while in London for business. This is in essence a pub with rooms but they are lovely rooms. the rooms are decorated tastefully and have lots of small touches like a cafetierre, bottle of water, as well as the usual teas etc, the bathroom has mini travel kits in case you've forgotten anything like toothpaste and in my experience this far exceeds what you normally get in hotels. The pub served great food at a reasonable price. The only slight let downs were the bar staff who seemed to be short staffed and although the pub wasn't exceptionally busy you did have to wait a while to be served also some seemed to be unsure of whether you could set up a tab for your Neal if you were staying (fairly standard policy usually)
The location of the pub for the O2 and Greenwich was great though, close enough but far enough away that the noise wasn't disturbing... I would def stay again

Stayed here for 3 nights for an exhibition at the Excel. Absolutely friendly reception: In the pub. Single room is small, but very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, LCD TV with a good choice of channels. Bathroom with shower, everything clean and tidy. Full English Breakfast well prepared and enough to get you through the day.
The pub is well visited, food is good and the service team just great.
Definitely will stay here again.
