We wanted to go from the London eye to North Greenwich to look around the O2 area, the weather held out so we were able to sit at the rear of the boat and take photos & video of the sights of London. The speed the boats gets up to 25 knots, quite spectacular at the rear of the boat. It made several stops where you can get off or on to see different sights. A good ride.

Excellent trip from Embankment to the O2, North Greenwich, views of London from the water amazing, use your Oyster card to get a discount (£5.85) single excellent value for money, short walk to the Emirates Cable Car.

Bought an all day 'River roamer' ticket which allows you to hop on, hop off as many times as you like on all stops between Embankment (London eye and Westminster) and North Greenwich (the 02). Some stops along the way include Tower bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich. I felt it was great value considering the tourist boat equivalent is over £20. There are boats every 20 minutes and the last boat left North Greenwich at 10.15pm ish- check the schedule to be sure! I would highly recommend this for a great day's sightseeing in London!

We jumped aboard after seeing Beyonce at the 02. As we walked down the plank, 2 members of staff kept shouting 'IT'S GOING NOW - HURRY UP!'. So of course, we ran. As we were buying tickets I asked another member of staff if it was really about to leave and he said 'No...and I don't agree with hurrying customers'.

Go on board and sat there for 15 minutes before we finally set off. It took so long to get down the river we ended up jumping off at Blackfriars and onto the tube.

Certainly not worth the £6.50 we paid & I'm thoroughly disappointed with the behaviour of the staff at the ticket desk. Staff on board were very nice however.

Naturally we are also disappointed that the service you experienced did not live up to your expectations. We do strive to provide a premium service at all times so we will take measures to ensure that customers do not feel they are being unnecessarily hurried on board. As the River Bus Express does not operate to a schedule after events at the O2, but rather departs when boats are full from 15 minutes after the end of the show, there may have been some miscommunication between crew regarding the departure time. We do appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about Thames Clippers and hope that you will choose to try one of our routes along the Thames again in the future.

Massive line and then the boat was taken out of service!
Next boat came empty and only half the people were allowed in.
After an hour with 2 kids, we got on a boat and all outside areas were taken, so comfy inside seat did the job.
Route from Westminster to Greenwich - good value with Oyster card £5.85 per adult.
Nice think to do...
Ideally time permitting - head to the Emirates Cable car and then go on the DLR
