Service from manager and waitress was poor rude and unfriendly and inflexible. So much so we had to walk out after being seated. We come here every week and tonight 23/6 was disappointing. Service usually good and friendly but tonight's manager was rude, defensive and argumentative with no listening skills.

Decided to try Ping Pong on a recommendation and enjoyed every mouthful! The food is delicious, and so much choice! The Char Siu buns are so tasty, as are the prawn & chive dumplings. It's not particularly cheap and easy to keep ordering more, but definitely worth the money for the treat, I can't wait to return!

Dear Abbie,

Lovely to hear that you have enjoyed our food. This makes worth the hard work we put everyday in the restaurant.

Looking forward to seeing you back soon!

Francesco

Whilst in London for the weekend, with my daughter we decided on a different kind of Sunday Lunch. As there aren't any dim sum resturants where we live we thought it would be a pleasant change.

We had booked, but as it was around 12.30 the restuarant was quiet when we arrived but did get busier. It is big, with seating on 2 floors.

We opted for the 'eat as much as you like' option, however when the bill arrived we had been charged for each item individually, but the staff corrected this.

The choice was good and the food arrived fairly quickly. But then again it's not a fast food outlet and it all tasted freshly cooked.

I had signed upto their newsletter and received a voucher for a free cocktail, of which there is a good choice of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties.

Ate here on a busy Saturday. The menu has lots of options and food is overall good but the service is very poor. We ordered 6 items and two never came. They brought the rice our first and nothing else came out for 20 minutes. Not my thought of an appetizer The food is good but not great.

Went for the Sunday special where you can keep ordering as much as you want for a limited menu. Each dish was perfect and some were outstanding. Really nice prawn Dim Sum and a good selection of vegetarian dishes.

Huge restaurant.

But I have never seen so many miserable staff - not a single smile from any of them!
