Overall enjoyable stay....had booked in December then received email two days before arriving telling us the hotel was overbooked and they had a new hotel for us. I refused to move and they got me back into the hotel. Once we got there, we enjoyed our stay, very good deluxe bedroom with very comfy bed, room and bathroom were spotless. Concierge was very helpful. It's a pity to see other reviews with the same overbooking that we had....hotel should resolve this.

Would definitely recommend and will go again.

Pleasant afternoon tea in a pleasant hotel, unfortunately with some VERY RUDE staff. A lack of internal communication with our booking meant we were almost turned away. The manager eventually rectified their issue, all be it in a rude and begrudging manor. Another member of staff was shockingly rude in the process. I'd have visited again, but after this experience most certainly will not.

Visited the hotel and stopped in grande suite. was amazing the room was spacious and the well maintained. Toally recommend the suite option. Staff were very friendly and service was prompt and of a high standard. Special credit going out to Diego! His cocktail skills are excellent i can only thank him for his service through out the stay.

Room Tip: Grande Suite was well worth the stay

We booked and paid for the hotel in January, so were a bit miffed to be told that the room was unavailable due to a technical error. However, the management were superb and ensured that we were able to stay at Number Ten after all. Not sure that it was an overwhelming experience though.
Staff were charming, rooms spotless and furnishings all contemporary and clean. Location is ideal for both Baker Street and Oxford Street, but It just seemed to lack a bit of personality for me. Would we stay again? Possibly, but I think there are a number of better hotels available in London for a similar price.

Room Tip: Lower rooms a little noisy on bin day

Myself, and family stayed here for one night due to celebrating my special birthday. We weren't disappointed. We were automatically upgraded, which was wonderful. The suite was very stylish, well equipped for the visitor, and i have to say, the hotel comes across as being very discreet, and private. Very classy, and will return.Great location to explore all marylebone has to offer.

I stayed here with my partner. The bathroom door is glass and had an inch gap all around it - so you better be close to hear your partner do their thing!
Other than that I couldn't fault it - it was good value and the service was great. Only a very short walk to a local car park and town!

We spent one night here. The room we had was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our room had a lovely bathroom, with a bath and rain shower. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was situated in a quiet street, yet only moments away from Baker Street and Marylebone High Street. The staff were absolutely lovely and we got a warm welcome. We would definitely stay here again. It is absolutely ideal for a city break. We did not have breakfast, but there are lots of places just minutes away on Marylebone High Street to go to.
