First impression was poor, needs a bit of paint and love. Mostly clean, kitchen was in poor shape, wouldn't be able to cook in here because of missing essentials. Floor was in a bad shape and gave a bad impression. Broken refrigator in the kitchen meant we had a second one in the living room... Beds looked clean and the same with bathrooms. Hard to find from the street, was close to invisible... Quiet neighborhood, and staff was helpful.

Room Tip: Check room beore you decide, there might be better ones...

Refresh the rooms, paint them, put something on the wall.
Make the lobby more attractive.
Clean the carpets in the corridor.
First impression could be improved.
Make the hotel more recognizable in the street.

I t was difficult to find the apartments, even for the taxidriver. When we found it at last, it looked shabby. The elevator up to the 8.floor didn't manage to bring 4 persons with luggage up. We had to go twice. When we came into the appartment, it smelled bad, it looked dirty; all in all a bad first impression. The madrasses were hard and bulky. The location was good, and the appartment was big. But we didn't like staying in the appartment. We also had to pay extra 8 pound because we payed with bankcard, it made us feel that this hotel not was a serious one. We will not recommand it.

The flat was large, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, clean but old (well, it is only for a few nights, we don't live there). The location is nice, quite close to the town center. Hard to find (I think that the name "Access Apartments Marble Arch" is written nowhere), but one has to remember that it is at the Landmark building, behind the Victoria casino. The real (quite lonely) default is the noise... not insulated at all, so you can here police cars and ambulances screaming all night. After buying ear plugs, the problem was solved.. A nice stay anyway.

This accomadation was in an excellent location for our London visit. A short walk to Oxford Street and good transport links to all the famous places to visit.
A short taxi ride from Paddington staion, a little difficult to find and on arrival did not look all that appealing. We had a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean but in need of modernisation. There were some poor aspects, the kitchen was very dated and drabby, radiator in living room was all but hanging off wall which was very dangerous, bathroom was somewhat uninviting.
These could be excellent apartments but need some investment to bring them up to date. As we did not spend too much time there it did not spoil our weekend trip
