We had a standard room which, although small had all the facilities we needed. the bathroom was large and had a great shower and huge, soft towels. Loved the Fibonacci sequence of panels on the ceiling! There is a free mini bar of soft drinks and water and the free wifi worked well. Breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced at the hotel restaurant. Our room on the second floor was very quiet. We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel close to Paddington Station

The Indigo Hotel is located a couple of minutes away from Pasdington Station and the Heatheow express. The rooms are clean but rather small. Breakfast is expensive and can be bought cheaper in one of the neighborhood cafes. The staff is helpful and friendly, but were incapable of connecting my iPhone to the in house wifi. The location is probably the best selling point for the hotel.

This hotel offers an easy access to tube stations and Paddington is a nice area. The hotel is modern, clean &easy on the eye...nicely furbished. The staff is really nice and helpful should you need anything.
We had an upgraded room (king room?!) which was great. The bedroom was nice and big with a little usual sitting area very cosy and inviting. The bathroom was on the small side still clean and functional. The products offered were also a nice touch (I don't know about the quality as I have not use them, but they looked good!) We loved the complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar and the water is always a nice touch, appreciated when you get dehydrated with the air cond ;-)!
The bed was GREAT.My husband travels an awful lot an agreed that the bed was of great quality.Important if you suffer from a bad back, I think. I even toke a look on the brand, taking the sheets off (oh yes I did, schhh!).We would happily stay there again.

I stayed at the Indigo for one night. I chose it because of its proximity to Paddington Railway Station which is only 2 blocks away and paid for it using my IHG rewards points. The interior of the hotel is new and ultra modern. I was in the king executive room, which was beautiful. Not as small as some hotel rooms in London. When I got to my room there was a note welcoming me to the hotel and free sweets in the bar. In addition, there are complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. The bed was so comfortable, I could have spent the entire day there relaxing. The bathroom was very small, but the shower was perfect. I love the fact the floors are hardwood and not carpeting. However finding the hotel was extremely frustrating. The signage is poor! In fact it looks as if its part of the restaurant. I must have walked passed it 3 or 4 times. No one seemed to know where the hotel was located. By the time I arrived I was wet, cold and terribly frustrated. Overall, I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

I stayed for one night before a trip home back to the United States. The location is excellent-- three minute walk from Paddington Station and easily walkable to Edgeware Road and Marble Arch. I stayed in a standard room and despite the claims of some of the reviews, I found the room quite large for European standards. The bathroom was HUGE, well appointed, and had a wonderful rain shower head, quite similar to the Hotel Indigos in the United States. I will stay here again.

We stayed at the Indigo for 5 nights. It was suggested by our travel agent because of its proximity to Paddington Railway Station, which is the terminus for the Heathrow Express train. It turned out to be a very good recommendation. The hotel is located about 200 metres from the railway station which meant a very welcome short walk after our very long journey from Singapore.
On arrival at the hotel we received a warm welcome from the staff on duty at the reception desk and they provided us with useful information about various aspects of the hotel. We were then assisted with our luggage and shown to our room on the top floor, by a pleasant and helpful young man.
The room itself was very small and basically dominated by the queen size bed without much room for anything else. There was a small wardrobe and also a small desk that was located adjacent to the doorway to the mini bathroom. There was a small safe and a mini fridge located in the wardrobe. Complimentary bottles of water and soft drinks were provided in the fridge. You could advise reception of your choice of soft drinks or water and the fridge would be stocked with those choices. Tea and coffee making facilities are also available in your room. The room was kept spotlessly clean by the house keeping staff during our stay.
There is a pleasant cafe\coffee shop attached to the hotel and like the hotel it is staffed with friendly and helpful people. Tourism advice and guidance is provided in a friendly and informative manner at the hotel's reception desk.
We found the hotel's location to be absolutely ideal for us. As previously stated it was very close to the Paddington Railway Station which has an undertground railway station located below it. Ideal for accessing all parts of London. There is a bus stop for the Big Bus Tours hop on hop off located 50 metres along the street from the hotel. The hotel is also a great base if you are a fit and keen walker. On the first day of our stay, we walked through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park to Buckingham Palace and on up the Mall to Trafalgar Square and then on through the Strand and Fleet St. to St. Paul's Cathedral. By then, we were a tad weary and so caught the tube back to the hotel.
We highly recommend a stay at this hotel for tourist visitors to London; a brilliant location and great staff.

This is our 1st stay in Hotel Indigo for 3 nights. Despite the convenient location, I think this might be a newly build hotel, therefore interior is new and modern and placement of furnitures is very handy, bed is comfortable (which is very important, many hotels don't care about the conditions of the bed), drainage of the shower place is good, overall condition is clean and well maintained, and overall impression of the hotel is very considerate.
