We went here to meet up with family to celebrate a birthday. We hadn't been here before and just picked the restaurant from trip advisor. It was a hot evening and the nearest pub was absolutely heaving with customers so we decided to head round the corner straight to the restaurant. We were early for our table but this was no problem at all. We were seated and ordered drinks whilst we waited for 2 other members of our party. We ordered our food, the starters were delicious, we all ordered pizza for our main course and the food was great. I would certainly go back here, the restaurant itself has a rustic feel to it and the staff were all friendly. Great value for money.

Like another reviewer I used eat at Harry's Bar quite regularly at lunch time when I worked in the area and always enjoyed the pizzas. After a break of 7 years (having retired) I have been back three times recently and have to say the food is as good as ever. Last night three of us popped in for a relatively quick dinner - we shared two excellent starters and then had pizzas (my Genovese was excellent) plus a bottle of very reasonably priced wine. The service was friendly and efficient and I will definitely be back!!!

We found this great little place on the back streets of Blackfriars as we were out wandering just looking to grab a quick bite. The owner was sat outside as we wandered in and greeted us with friendly Italian enthusiasm. The restaurant ambience was very warm and rustic, like a genuine little pizzeria somewhere in Italy. We were served quickly and had a pleasant waiter, there was a real family feel to the staff there. Our food was lovely, we had garlic bread with cheese and the Genovese pizza (spinach, pesto and goats cheese) very tasty and well cooked. Would definitely recommend this place to all. Great atmosphere. But do note that a 10% gratuity is included in the bill.

The place is very simple and off the main way, which makes it quiet and relaxing... Tonino the manager from Sorrento, near Naples, where pizza was invented, is extremely kind and welcoming, the true Italian way. The pizza is a real Italian style and taste pizza although baked in an electric oven, with the option of a wholemeal dough. The starters also bring you straight to Italy... A place surely worth visiting if your main focus is on a good and value for money pizza... They also have some pasta and risotto options, but I did not try them, yet... If you're looking for the fancy ambient, then head somewhere else...

Mystified as to why it was so quiet on a Friday evening, but really glad we went. Lovely pizzas with fresh ingredients on the whole meal base and decent wine... Would like to go back to sample their non-pizza dishes. Service also very friendly and welcoming.
