Be prepared to be surrounded by nearly 60,000 people on your commute in and walk to the stadium. However, the organization of the staff in processing folks is quite good. I had a great time and enjoyed the game.

Went here for the arsenal vs Tottenham game. Got the tickets from StubHub and had an amazing experience. Start to end. So well organized and totally enjoyed it (even though not a big fan of the game but my husband is)

Wonderful experience having entered the football stadium for the first time. The staff members were really friendly and informative.

My friends and I came to London on holiday. My brother wanted a pic of the stadium and Henry statue. On the first day we were too late, but did get to the museum. We came back the next day and had another great experience. Even if you are not a football fan, this tour was amazing! Lots of history, beautiful greens, and an inside look of the locker room. I would go back again! Well worth the train ride to North London. My brother was ecstatic with the photo's. Im just waiting to give him his Arsenal Jacket at Christmas!

This was my fourth visit to this stadium as a visiting fan and a sobering reminder of how corporate ambition can destroy the joy of live football. Firstly, some positives - it's an attractive stadium with comfortable seating, good sized concourses, easy access and quick crowd dispersal. If I was an Arsenal fan, I would enjoy the statues and big banners celebrating former players as well as the pre-match video montages. But these things are all part of the problem too - it makes the stadium feel like a tourist attraction where you can come along, take a selfie with the Thierry Henry statue, buy a half and half scarf, take your overpriced burger to your comfy seat and settle down as if you were watching a match from your armchair in your living room. No one stands or sings (with the exception of a few fans behind the goals), the shallow rake of the lower stand and high position of the upper tiers make you feel removed from the action on the pitch, the loud music prohibits chanting or singing and there always seems to be a large number of 'football tourists' with no connection to either club, who obviously don't sing or contribute to the atmosphere in any way. If you want to 'experience' a Premier League match in peace and comfort, this is the place to come. If, on the other hand, you're looking for an authentic English football experience, try Burnley, Newcastle, Wolves, Crystal Palace or just about any team in the Championship - these are proper teams with great fans and an all-round excellent match-day experience, whereas the Emirates feels like an accountant's idea of what a football stadium should be like.
