Excellent service and food with plenty of space between tables. Having lived in Hong Kong for many years it's fair to say this would be a good/top Chinese restaurant anywhere in the world!

Min Jiang - Royal Garden Hotel - London - We both enjoyed an excellent Chinese Lunch last Saturday. The Service is very good and speedy. The food was of a very high standard and very enjoyable. The view is stunning and I suggest you ask for a window table. You can see for 10 Miles and pick out many London Land marks. The prices are reasonable for a London Resturant.
We will be returning.

"One swallow doesn't make a Summer' .. but, based on this, our first visit to MinJiang London, I expect many more swallows ...

An offshoot of MinJiang Singapore - for decades a personal 'favorite' - I found our lunch here an absolute 'delight' ... from the attentive (yet unobtrusive) staff , to the BEST "shiao lung pao" in London, and a pretty 'spot-on' peking duck, served in a 'luxurious but not ostentatious' setting ... certainly more geared to the business set and 'ladies who lunch', it is for those who 'understand chinese cuisine' and don't order the 'usual suspects' ...

you're in a 5-star hotel in London, what prices do you expect ..? and they don't have that ubiquitous 'service charge' most 'lesser restaurants' add on to their bills .. so, these staff DO deserve a 'decent tip' .. :-)

For me, this is a much less 'pretentious' restaurant than Hakkasan, it's not one for 'wanabees', the folks who eat here are 'in the know' what a 'good upmarket (northern) Chinese cuisine' is about .

Very expensive but you are paying for a prime location, definitely recommend a seat by the window though then you feel like you are getting what you are paying for.
excellent food served by very professional serving staff.
Would recommend for a special occassion.

Fantastic cuisine, the speciality duck (order 24 hours ahead) was outstanding. Portions over all were small but the flavours were amazing. Staff could crack a smile but hey there`s worse. If you want a very good restauraunt it does not get any better, I would expect to go to Hong Kong to get this sort of quality!
