popped in as i only wanted to use the toilet but decided to stay for a drink anyway. Landlady was really lovely, its not often you find a friendly face in a central London pub.

Popped in for a couple of beers after seeing a show in the West End, it was "happy hour" and very busy but the staff handled everything very well. We didnt eat but it looked quite decent

The barmaid spoke very little English and had little knowledge of the menue. The burger I ordered was their speciality, which was a terrible mess of pre-fabricated heated ingredients.
Tasteless and not worth the 10£ i gave for it.

Thank Per C

Between Piccadilly and Regent Street - you can't get a much better location for a traditional English pub! Great varied food menu and very reasonable. Always very busy and plenty of room upstairs to eat if the bar is full. Very quick service even when really busy.

quite a typical english pub. the restaurant part upstairs is quite small, so it's not guaranteed you'll find a place. the food is ok. nothing mind blowing. but not bad either. value for price is ok as well.
