B&B that provides more than a bed, as the accommodation is in a characterful, self-contained, two-storey coach house. Friendly, interesting hosts who make the time to chat and provide advice over breakfast. If your party needs more than one bedroom, then this provides especially good value when compared with the conventional charge per room. Very happy with all aspects of our stay.

Gourmet breakfast, private entrance and close to the underground made this an ideal spot to stay. The private accodomations made it easy to come and go without disturbing the owners and offered a "home away from home" experience. I can't say enough about the wonderful breakfasts I enjoyed every morning. Meena is a true gourmet chef and prepared lovely, hot morning feasts that I will be trying to duplicate back home. One word description of this facility would be "charming." I would recommend to any independent traveler that is eager for the B & B experience and desires a little more privacy. Lovely!

The Coach House is a nice, comfortable option if you wish to stay outside of the hustle, bustle of London. It's located in Belham, just a short tube ride into Central London. It's also a much more affordable option than staying in Central London.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, the full English breakfast included is very tasty.
We liked the Coach House, but felt that it lacked warmth.
In all fairness, we were totally spoiled at another B&B in England, and so all others now pale in comparison. But, yes....we liked the Coach House and would stay there again.

Harley and Meena were fantastic hosts. They were able to answer our many questions every morning at breakfast, including tips on travel to our destinations for the day. They also arranged for transport to and from the airport.

The Coach House was perfect for two couples traveling together. The neighborhood was quiet, but an easy trip on the Tube into central London.

London is a wonderful city to explore but at the end of the day it was a pleasure to go back to The Coach House. It truly is a home away from home. It was nice to have the extra space since we were traveling with our two teenagers. The location is outside of the city center but is easily reachable via excellent tube lines.
Meena makes the most delicious porridge! A must have when you are visiting with them.
We were staying with Harley and Meena when the volcano erupted and our flight back to Dublin was cancelled. Harley and Meena were very helpful to us in finding alternate ways to make our way back to Dublin. They showed a genuine concern for our welfare that one would never get in a corporate hotel. In just a few short days, it was like we were staying with family.
We look forward to our next opportunity to visit London and stay at the Coach House with Harley & Meena!!

The Coach House was a total success for us. Harley and Meena are the most gracious of hosts, and very helpful and informative.
The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and very attractive. There's a beautiful little garden, and it felt very private and peaceful. One of our party had very specialized dietary needs, and we were able to cater to these because of the kitchen, something very important for us.
It was an 8 minute walk to the tube station and it was completely easy to get around. Plenty of
shops and amenities close by within walking distance.
We will certainly recommend it as a place to stay to anyone, and look forward to going back.

Superb little gettaway in convenient Balham with prime access to tube, train, bus etc and within short walk to restaurants, shops and parks. Our hosts were charming and most helpful and the accommodation was better than expected (despite the useful reviews)
Congrats to Harley and Meena on providing a top notch product and for adding in that elusive factor which is sincere warmth. And yes that porridge is worth those comments!
Constructive critisism? The upstairs shower which was a bit twitchy- but not a deal breaker and the overall stay was memorable. We would definitely revisit and have started advising our friends to do so. Thanks again.
