The show was outstanding and well worth a visit, even though it was a bit out of the West End. The toilet provision in the Victoria Palace Theatre was not adequate, especially for the ladies where long queues formed.

I have seen Billy Elliott more than ten times now and even seen it in New York. I have seen lots of other musicals, Jersey (unbelievable in New York) Sister Act, Wicked, Les mis, Oliver (terrible apart from Rowan) Billy Elliott runs away with it for me and is probably why it won the choice award at the Oliviers this year.

A captivating, engrossing show with an extremely talented cast especially the lead actor. How a boy of such a young age could have so much talent and work so hard all through the evening is astounding. A real emotional, funny and heart warming performance that you should definitely see if you can.

This is a really great show. You will know all the songs to sing along. The children are all great actors.

Also if you remember the miners strike it will bring back the memories.

A definite must see
