We arrived and waited to be seated. Although it wasnt busy, no one seated us. So we sat at a vacant table. Waited 15 mins. Had to ask for a menu. Waited another 10 minutes. Left. Won't be back.

Really lovely place, atmosphere good. Service could be a little better and for my menu choice, I have had better burgers but the food was still very nice. Scrumptious cocktails!

We went to Joes last weekend. It did not disappoint - we had booked the private dining room for a hen party which was great. We arrived in time for happy hour and then had a lovely meal. The food was really good and Anna our waitress was superb. The staff are really friendly and really looked after us all...even though they were busy! The drinks and food were very reasonable and a good variety. I shall be returning. Thank you all for a fantastic evening that shall not be forgotten in a hurry!

Have dined here several times when staying in Fulham. It is a good local Brasserie - food wine and cocktails all decent and good value for London. If you are looking for a local spot, with good, lively atmosphere and reasonable food then Joe's will not disappoint.

Four of us had dinner here, the food was very good as were the cocktails (happy hour is 6-8pm), compliments to the bar staff and kitchen staff.

The very big let down was the service, there was 1 male waiter on duty who was very good, friendly and helpful. He took our initial drink and food order but then a female waitress brought the first course and handed us our plates rather than putting them on the table?!?!

The air conditioning was on and it was directed at one side of the table where 2 of us were seated. We asked one waitress for it to be turned down but there was no change. We asked the other waitress who brought the first course and she said there was nothing she could do? Eventually she said she could find us another table but I agreed to switch with another member of our party.

There was a real lack of service, all from the above mentioned waitress. Request for menus then no one to take our order for 20 minutes. No one coming to check whether we needed anything ( we always had to call them over). The brasserie had a number of empty tables all night.

What is a real shame is how the service is letting the brasserie down. As mentioned the food, bar staff and male waiter all very good. The other waitresses are in need of hospitality training!

Have low expectations on the service and you can hopefully enjoy a cocktail and meal.
