We had dinner here on the 13th april 2013, it was through Travelzoo so it was a fraction of the original price, we were able to choose from the a la carte menu 3 course plus breads at the beginning then cheese and biscuits then coffee. We also had a cocktail to begin with included in this price

It was fantastic the best we have had for a long time could not fault it at all. We would go again even if we had to pay the full price, certainly worth a visit and if you can get it through travelzoo or similar go for it.

We used a voucher bought with travelzoo and had an amazing experience! Firstly we were greated by a hostess(Renata) which gracefully and professionally(with a big smile!) led us to the bar for a coquetel.
Then Antonio(bar staff) also professional and very friendly patiently explained all the drinks we questioned.
Finally Salvatore(waiter) -another example of dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm! - served our dinner.
These three staff should be awarded for their excellence!
The food was excellent and been lucky to have had Renata, Antonio and Salvatore serving us top up to a flawless evening at the Park Terrace Restaurant!

We visited the restaurant after purchasing a Travelzoo voucher which entitled us to a pre-dinner cocktail, starter, mains, dessert, cheeses and petit fours. The food was delicious, wellbeautifully presented and the portion sizes were good. I would highly recommend the starter of smocked haddock roulade with risotto and fried egg yolk as well as the cocktail Henry's Wing. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The menu is on the pricey side but it was well worth it and I would certainly visit Park Terrace again.

We had a fantastic meal at Park Terrace Restaurant on 8th April using a Travelzoo voucher which entitled us to 3 courses, cheeseboard, coffee, petit fours and a cocktail each.

Every course was amazing and the service was impeccable. Normally I think the 3 courses are £36.50 per person but as a special occasion treat I would happily pay this on another visit to London.

Highly recommended lovely meal overlooking Kensington Gardens so light evenings make for an even more perfect treat.

Where do I start?!

This is the second time I've eaten here and the experience was every bit as good as the first.

The service is superb from start to finish and the food is simply exquisite.

While we were deliberating over the menu and drinking our pre-dinner cocktails, a platter of 3 different types of wonderfully fresh bread and butter arrived at the table. Okay, it's only bread, but this was melt-in-the-mouth stuff.

The menu had changed considerably since my previous visit.

On this occasion, I ordered the Kedgeree as a starter. This was beautifully presented with a deep-fried egg-yolk on a bed of cooked spinach, with some spiced saffron rice cooked in the fish stock and a 'croquette' of smoked haddock in a delicate sauce.

For the main course, I had the Loin of Venison. Again, the presentation was superb, the meat was succulent, cooked to perfection and accompanied by a puy lentil and bacon 'sauce', cooked spinach with elegant potato croquettes.

This was followed by The Kensington Trio for desert. No, no the hotel's resident band, but small but adequate portions of Lemon Tart, Creme Brulee and Toffee Pudding.

This was followed by a cheese platter containing more delicious bread and crackers and 4 different types of cheese accompanied by some dried apricots, walnuts and fresh grapes. All wonderfully presented.

To end this extravaganza, a pot of tea with some of the chef's petit-fours. Very artistically presented and a fitting end to what was a truly sumptuous meal.

Superb!!
