Description: Cheyne Walk Brasserie & Salon offers simple yet brilliantly executed brasserie dishes within luxurious yet informal Belle Epoque surroundings. You can enjoy fine wines by the glass or bottle whilst sampling our quintessentially French Provencal menus. The upstairs salon is excellent for whiling away an afternoon, or an after dinner drink. With a stunning river view and deep chaises lounges it's perfect for relaxing in.

The food was fine - and the main courses were good. The service was average. No staff cracked a smile but here's the thing - behaving like this doesn't make you look cool and edgy - what it does make you look is grumpy and bad tempered.

We have been to this restaurant several times when we travel to London. We went again last week and had a lovely meal. Service was good, wine nice, wood fired fish excellent..all in all a nice evening. We will come back again.

The meat was superbly cooked, but the service was terrible. From a non-smiling, or even eye contacting doorman, to forgetting to bring bread to accompany foie gras, to not serving courses concurrently, to forgetting salad side orders. I could go on. And to have to order chips, vegetables and even a jus separately is a bit unnecessarily when paying £27 for four lamb chops on their own. Why not charge £35 for the lot and present it beautifully. Is it too much for the doorman to say "Goodnight"?

IT WAS JUST AMAZING!!!
I came with my girlfriend and some friends, and I couldn't have expected better.
The entire experience was stunning.
The staff was so nice, always smiling and efficient.
The sommelier knew her wines perfectly and the few bottles she suggested admirably hit the spot, absolutely delightful.
The food was absolutely delicious and the meat impeccably cooked by the chef at the grill (centerpiece of the restaurant).
The place is absolutely charming in a beautiful neighborhood.
I highly recommend their cocktail list, especially the after dinner ones (congratulation to the bar team).
I will definitely come back and tell my friends about it. A safe choice!

What a great place for a lovely evening!
The restaurant is quirky and charming, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
We had some good cocktails at the bar before we were taking to our table.
We ordered a delicious burgundy wine under the sommelier recommendation.
For starter we order the foie gras with pear and safran chutney, it was one of the best foie gras I ever had followed by grilled veal chop, which was succulent, cook to perfection, still moist and tender and some nice side order to choose from. For dessert we had an unbelievable pear tart and almond cream simply delicious! Will definitely go back...loved it!!
