Owner description: Football is one of the city's greatest passions. There are two big clubs in the city, but it's those playing in red who enjoy most of the attention. Liverpool FC opens its Anfield Stadium to visitors during the day when no games are scheduled. Led by enthusiastic guides, the museum and stadium tour gives sports fans behind-the-scenes access to one of the best-known soccer clubs in the world.

It is very disappointing place. The stadium is really pathetic. As well as the city of Liverpool.
In my opinion only place in Liverpool worth seeing is Albert dock. Looking at these docks, the beautiful waterfront, the buildings around it, you realize that Liverpool in past has been one of the most developed cities in England. Unfortunately, those days are behind and the modern Liverpool can boast only of the famous Fab Four. Although it is in the past too. Indeed residue grandeur...

If you are not so big lover of The Beatles so for you would be better to go to another place (for example to York) or stay home.

A superb collection of photographs, videos and aural commentary make this one of the great sites to visit in Liverpool. Located in the complex of the football club, it is a fitting reminder of the influence of the great managers such as Shankly and Paisley and also the many great players of various nationalities who have represented the club as it became a"superpower" in football. On the way to becoming such a legendary club, there is ample evidence to watch and to listen to as you progress through the museum.

As a long time supporter of "The Reds" a visit to Anfield was compulsory, especially after such a long absence from the city. The museum and LFC Shop are both excellent. Coupled with tickets to watch Liverpool totally dominate another premier league team in the evening was "icing on the cake". Magnificent.

Friends took us to watch Liverpool on a corporate night out.
Had meal in restaurant before the match and got to speak to some of the legends i.e Phil Neil who spoke to us of his experiences as a Liverpool players. Fanstastic food and staff very attentive loved the experience.
