We travelled to Liverpool for a wedding. We had our 5 month babygirl with us. We needed some equipments during our stay. We asked for them in advance by mail. When we arrived we were satisfied that the staff had considered our demands. As we asked, an ironer and a cot were ready in our room. The staff is really really nice and very helpfull (thanks again to Phoebe and Steven, and the others ;-). Rooms are ok although not very modern. Would need some fresh painting for exemple. Some rooms have windows you can't open, that's annoying when it is quite hot... Finally continental breakfast is included and honest.

Room Tip: ask for a room whose windows can be opened. rooms are generally noisy on weekends because students party all night long in the center of the city. But you can ask for one of the quiestest rooms (what we did) and it was totally possible to sleep

We stayed here from Saturday to Monday and had a great time. On arrival at Reception we were greeted by very smily staff who quickly dealt with us checking in. The room was ready but we were heading out shopping so the Staff took charge of our luggage and we were to collect on our way back. We had a large room on the 3rd floor which was accessible by a lift. The room was spacious and clean throughout with lovely soft white towels. Bathroom was large with a big bath and shower and plenty of hand wash and toilet rolls. Hotel was very busy but the Staff were able to do with the large volume of people. Breakfast was lovely you were able to sit where ever you wanted in comfy seats and a cosy surround. Plenty of choice of tea and coffee and large continental available or a full English. We had full English as this was included with our rate, breakfast served quickly and piping hot. We would definitely stay here again as we have stayed here for the last 5 or 6 years each time we have visited LIverpool. Very helpful Reception Staff just waiting to make your stay as great as ours. Perfect central location for shopping. Excellent prices stay today.

We stayed just one night as we were in Liverpool for a concert at the Philharmonic Hall. I had made a mess of our booking but the reception staff could not have been more helpful.

They found us a cancellation for a second night although the hotel had been fully booked. In the event we had already rearranged our return travel.

Nice clean and airy room and a wide choice on the inclusive continental breakfast.
