Whilst waiting for daughters five hour assessment thought I may as well take in the nearest course. And here it was. Really windy day dont be put off by the lack of access to the Pro shop or the grill at payment, they must have sufferered some crime? Anyway car park is secured by guards and the course a good test.
The first three holes +400 are tough as is the fourth a par three uphill. It was March so the greens were iffy but did not seem to have much grass anyway. There is a good halfway house/van before the 230 yard par three ninth, into the wind a driver for me and I am not toooo short! Tough hole. The classic in my view was 14 need a fade to get through the gap then a short iron in, I failed dismally.
Overall for a tenner...........bargain
