oh boy did we have fun on this tour. Chris our tour guide was a right happy chappy, he made us laugh from start to finish. We were taken on a tour round the city of Liverpool which was full of useful information. We then headed back towards the Albert Dock and made a plunge into the water. From the look on the driver's face and the tour guide, we guessed that something was not right. The driver had trouble getting the rudder in place. Eventually we began to move but it was not long before we could smell smoke and the cabin was full of smoke. Our trip on the water was cut short as we had to make our way back to the jetty for safety reasons. We were bidden farewell with an apology but we'd still had a laugh even though i thought i was going to get my feet wet. Upon leaving the boat the driver said he was going to take to take it to get it fixed immediately. I'm not sure if this did happen because we saw our boat (number 2) time and time again around the streets of Liverpool. If it had of been fixed it had been fixed quick. In all we had a fab time and a good giggle despite this little mishap.

Went on a trip a bit of a step back in time, the Duck (amphibious vehicle) was from the Second World War era. We went for about 30 minutes on the road seeing some of the sites. This was followed by a trip on the water, there was a very knowledgable guide who gave a running commentary. Worth the cost in this day and age.

This was our first time in Liverpool and a few people told us to do the tour because we wouldn't regret it. They were right. It was reasonably priced at £9.95 per adult and lasted just under an hour. The tour guide was very entertaining throwing in some actual history along with a variety of funny jokes - I have to say that considering they do this tour many, many times a day, they maintained a real sense of keeping it "fresh". The city tour was good and then dipping into the Albert Dock was hilarious - a few surprises there! A refreshingly funny way to see a wonderful city and I would recommend it highly to others.

The tour guide Dave makes this tour with his typical spouse humour. This was ideal for us as first time in Liverpool so we did this early to get our bearings around the city centre and Albert dock. Water bit was fun without really seeing much. It was great fun but doubt we would do again.

We were on the yellow duck on Sunday 18th nov 2012. We were a large group, the driver and guide made us laugh out loud. Everyone from our party, thought it was very very good. Our guide was knowledgeable and gave us a lot of history on the areas we were driving through. I really enjoyed the tour and your secret is safe with us!!!!
