Stayed two nights and enjoyed my stay completely. The rooms are a good size, clean and cosy. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is fantastic with Liverpool 1 right outside the door and a Tesco next door. The main bus terminal is at the end of the street. Will definitely choose this hotel when I visit Liverpool again in the summer.

Stayed for two nights and was very impressed. The staff were the very best that I have encountered, and a pleasure to deal with. The Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the bed a delight.
The Restaurant was first class: excellent well-priced food and stunning service.
There seems to be much attention to security which is reassuring for a Hotel placed directly in the City Centre: reception is on the second floor which can be reached directly by the lift, but any access to the higher floors where the rooms are located requires the use of your room key-card, as do all the communicating doors.
Car Parking in the ajacent (20 metres away) Multi Story is also secure: you need your Parking ticket to be able to enter the building even as a pedestrian. There is a discount scheme that issues you with a discount voucher to take some of the edge off of the slightly high parking fee when you check out of the Hotel.
Our only small gripe, hence the title of this review, is with the Toilet Paper dispensers in the bathrooms: they seem to require totally dry hands, long nimble fingers and a bit of an acrobatic bent to acquire the required item. Take a Toilet Roll!
Rooms are air-conditioned, and therefore the windows are sealed closed, so virtually no outside noise issues.
The Breakfast was one of the finest I have encountered: superb food and just go back and get more as you require it, and the Breakfast times are very sociable.
An excellent place, excellent Service in a city centre location: I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

I stayed here for a weekend away and the hotel was great. Exactly what you would expect with a Premier Inn. Very clean, helpful staff, good location etc all for the very reasonable prive of £29 per night. Would definitely stay there again.

Visited Liverpool with my partner and friends for a long weekend. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Lime Street Railway Station and it opened in December 2012. If you seek the last word in luxury- look elsewhere. If you want somewhere to rest your head in a very smart room which is centrally located, look no further. It is 10 minutes walk to the Cavern, Albert Dock and there are lodas of bars and restaurants nearby. Buses, including the city tour, stop outside and there is a large Tesco next door for anything you have forgot. The bar / restaurant is smart and we had breakfast there - good value and quality of food - all that for £29 per night per room. Beds very comfortable with extra pillows and a large sofa bed to boot. The city of Liverpool totally belies all the junk that is said and written about it - it is packed with history, places to visit, eat and drink. The locals are a friendly bunch and the city is very smart in the centre.

Room Tip: Nothing of note.

We stayed for a night on the 7th February 2013. Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Stayed for one night at the saver price which was excellent value for money and a great central location.
