My wife and I stayed for the weekend 27th to 29th July our 32nd wedding anniversary being on the 26th July. My wife had wanted to ivsit Liverpool for some years, so having stayed in Premier Inns before chose the Albert Dock inn for it's location close to the city centre and next to the Beatles story exhibition. I had read reviews of previous guests some good some not so. We arrived shortly after 2pm and and were checked in with in 15 minutes. Our room 159 was large overlooking the water shops and restaurants that surround the dock. Being on the first floor we were expecting some noise from outside and other guests ie: several hen parties that were staying but no we had a great nights sleep. The staff in the resraurant were attentive to our needs and very pleasant to talk to, infact all the staff we encountered were. We took advantage of the meal deal for both days and at £22 per day was very reasonable a three course meal including a drink of your choice. We will definitely stay at Premier inn again and thououghly recommend to others. We parked our car in the ACC Liverpool car park a short walk from the hotel and got a discount from Premier Inn.

Room Tip: After booking telephone the hotel and request a high room overlooking the dock.

This Premier Inn is located next to The Beatles Story in Albert Dock, Liverpoool. I travelled up by train with my family so have no idea about accessibility via private car. We stayed in a family room for one night.
The room was delightfully decorated, maintaining original features of a dockside building, with a fabulous view of part of the waterways and other buildings of the same ilk.
It was quiet and clean and felt relaxing with the subdued lighting. The reception was welcoming and the desk staff friendly and efficient.
We did not have time to try the restaurant facility, but it looked nice.
We are planning to stay here again next year for an event as it is ideally located for everything we would look for in a weekend break.

I generally enjoy Premier Inns, and the room, cleanliness, breakfast and service quality were all as good as expected. We had a family room with a double and 2 single beds which was fine, with a small window with nice view onto the Albert Dock. There seemed to be a lot of hen do's staying at the hotel and the reception area seemed very busy with alcohol-affected customers, but that didn't affect us and there was no internal noise. However, the nightclub below had banging music until well into the early hours, something worth bearing in mind if you're looking for a family stay at the weekend.

Very clean and spacious hotel with extremely long corridors!
Rooms are very large and spacious.
We checked in at 11pm and unfortunately got a room without a window. But as we were checking out early the next day, this was not a problem. The rooms we saw on our way out with windows overlooking the Albert Dock, were fantastic.
Comfortable bed and duvet as with all Premier Inns.
Excellent location, within walking distance to downtown and shopping.

We stayed here for three nights. I had a wonderful room overlooking the water. There are a lot of nice, inexpensive cafés and restaurants in the area. There is also a coffee shop. And you are right next door to the Beatles Experience. The hotel is a 10 minute ride from the Liverpool train station. It is one block from the Mersey River, which is nice for a long walk. The hotel is not in the center of town, so if you are looking for someplace that is more in the center this will not be for you. But if you are looking for someplace on the Mersey River, with great comfortable rooms, coffee and tea making facilities, then the Premium Inn will probably fit the bill for you.
