It is hard to find anything we didn't like about this Hotel. The location is easily accessible for the shopping and nightlife of Liverpool. The whole process from booking, staying and checking out is slick and customer friendly. Whoever we met in the Hotel, whether it was the person cleaning the rooms or the receptionists, they were warm, courteous and helpful. The Hotel is unique with stunning wood and brickwork tastefully exposed.
The rooms are all slightly different but all maintain a high standard of comfort and elegance. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all you need, including bathrobes and well appointed bathrooms. We had three rooms, one of which had magnificent views, almost 360 panoramic on the fourth floor. We were on a shopping and social weekend (six mature ladies) who like a high quality experience and we were not disappointed. We all agreed it is one of the best Hotels we have stayed in and fabulous value for money.
The breakfast is worth getting up for and offers both excellent choice and quality. I cannot wait to return with my husband and aim to enjoy a meal in the restaurant, which looked to be of the same high standard. A refreshing change from the many corporate Hotels I have been frequenting lately. It would be an ideal and safe option for a lone traveller.
Please don't stop going the extra mile...it works!
