“Life long dream fulfilled.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 24, 2012

While staying in Liverpool for a romantic break had to visit the home of my team Everton.

Full of history the tour showed all we needed to see from the dressing rooms to the boardroom and the pitch itself. The lady who took us was very well informed.

Overall a great way to end our Liverpool visit.

“Unexpected Pleasure”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 20, 2012

Not being an Evertonian, I went along for the sake of my boyfriend.....well i was 'made up' with this tour. We were lucky enough to be the only two on it and our tour guide was a lovely lady
We arrived and were then taken around and shown throughout the stadium, i wont give too much away but we were taken to parts of the stadium i didnt anticipate being allowed to go. It was really imformative and I thoroughly enjoyed it
Would recommend, to avid fans and others!!!

My boyfriend is very into his football, and although a Man United fan, he likes to tour round the different stadiums as well. He had already visited Anfield, so decided this time to try Goodison.

It was very easy to book over the phone in advance and we were told we could pay on the day as it was a Friday (there is no one there to collect money at weekends so you may have to pay over the phone).

As we were staying in Liverpool we got the train from Moorfields station to Kirkdale and it was only about a mile walk to the stadium.

The tour itself was very informative and the guide (though I cant remember her name) really knew her stuff about the club. Even for myself, as I am not greatly into football, I found it interesting and enjoyable.

We got to see the boardroom, the home and away changing rooms, the director's pitch side seats and also got to walk out of the tunnel (with the music playing!). We also got a brilliant history of the club. It also wasnt to short or too long (1hr 15mins), so kept your attention

I would say if you are an everton fan, this would be a fantastic tour to go on, and it won't break the bank at £17.50 for 2 people.

And if you keep your ticket, you get 10% off in the Everton shop across the road.
