“The beginning of the Beatles”
Reviewed April 7, 2012

Fantastic! If you ever want to feel close to the Beatles, visit Casbah Coffee Club. Dark, cold and wet and filled with such a story! Watch the roofs, painted by Paul, John and George. See where John carved his name into the wall (and roof) in this strange cellar in Haymens green. A must for the Beatle fan, marvelous guiding by Roug Best.

“The True Birthplace Of The Beatles”
Reviewed April 6, 2012

To enter the Casbah club is like going back in time to the days of Liverpool's Rock n Roll renaissance. The club is unchanged from the very days that John, Paul, George and Pete took up their paintbrushes and finished off the decorating themselves. (Each themed room being painted by a different Beatle).

The tour guide, Roag, Pete Best's brother, was amazing! He brought the tour to life and whilst walking around we half expected The Beatles themselves to walk in and take to the stage area. This is a MUST for any tourists going to Liverpool to explore The Beatles history. If you haven't seen the Casbah, make sure it's on your agenda for your next Liverpool visit!

Make sure you book your tour as admission is only available to pre-booked parties, you will not be disappointed! This was the ultimate way to round off our Beatles themed time in Liverpool. The legend begins here!

“The BEST History of The Beatles”
Reviewed April 3, 2012

I had the great fortune of attending a tour guided by Roag Best at The Casbah Coffee Club. The history of Mona Best and her contribution to the Greatest band in the world told by her son was both fascinating and captivating. Roag provided great insight into how the band was formed, molded, and brought to life. The CCC is truly were it all began. If you've only got 48 hours in Liverpool.... do yourself a favor and spend one of those hours at The Casbah.

“The casbah Coffee Club is where it all began!”
Reviewed April 3, 2012

The Casbah Coffee Club is a must see for any Beatle fan. The Best family take you on a trip back in time to where it really all began. The Casbah club is authentic & very little is changed. You can picture yourself there through the surroundings & narrative & feel the echoes of the past. One of the most important & preserved historic Beatle places. Hospitality, humor & history. highly recommend!

“Fab!”

An excellent tour by Roag of a fascinating part of Beatle history and an interesting insight into the Best family. This is highly recommended; a unique opportunity to see something that is virtually unchanged since it's heyday.
