Stayed here in January for 5 nights on a business trip. Hotel in a fantastic location for the shopaholics, good selection of restaurants close by and 2 minute walk from the train station. Hotel spotless, rooms cleaned (sometimes not till mid afternoon :-/) to a high standard, rooms are spacious but looking slightly dates now though and very cold, radiators need to be plugged in and are not fixed to a wall.
Had breakfast everyday but not much variety. Spa and pool nice but change rooms far too cold!
A lot of noise coming from the road and the Yates pub opposite in the evening 9-11pm.
Overall not a bad location, wouldn't stay again for a business trip (look for a quieter area) but would definitely stay at a weekend for a night out or social event etc.
