This was an overnight booking for a Europa league game at Anfield and it was not the first time I'd stayed at a Premier Inn. It’s not as close to the airport as the Hampton but still only 10 minutes walk from the terminal. My overnight stay was faultless. The 'ad' is correct, I have no complaints about a good nights sleep. The hotel is still fairly new so everything feels fresh and modern. The room was immaculate, which included a double bed and a single sofa bed. I was on the sofa bed which was comfortable and I slept ok. There was no noise in the hotel at night and I was not disturbed by planes taking off and landing. The girls on reception & in the dining room next morning were excellent, couldn't have done more. The breakfast is easily the best I've had in a hotel in Liverpool. Cooked to order - not under heat lamps. If there is any downside to staying at the Premier Inn, then it’s the lack of unlimited free wi-fi. The first 30 minutes is free. However this is only a very minor glitch and I have no hesitation in recommending the Premier Inn at Liverpool airport. At the time of writing this review, the Premier Inn at John Lennon airport was voted 4th by customers on the list of best hotels - 1st, 2nd & 3rd must be really something to beat this excellent hotel. I will be back in Liverpool again and the Premier Inn at Liverpool airport will be top of my list.
Top tip: there are other Premier Inns in downtown Liverpool at the city centre. Make sure you book at your preferred location. Hopefully you found this review helpful, if so please remember to click the 'yes' button” and I am happy to answer questions via the Trip Advisor website.
