Truly impressive food, served with style and attention to detail. Beautiful decor, 1930s opulence mixed with modern chic. And great service. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience,

Greeted at hotel reception by the friendly Ms' Melanie Prentice (Hotel Guest Relations Director) The Dixie Dean has a wonderful welcoming ambiance. Its decor depicts events and photographs of William Ralph Dean aka 'Dixie' Dean, the legendary footballer from whom the hotel takes its name. Considerate and helpful staff. And its No 9 themed restaurant was 5 Star value. Superbly presented and wonderful tasting food. Great efficient table-service all added to make our visit a brilliant and memorable occasion. I would encourage anyone visiting the city to try the Dixie Dean for themselves. If God spares me I will be back. Just a brilliant Hotel.

Visted on 19 September with my mum and sister to mark my late dad's birthday who was a massive Dixie Dean fan. Our lunch was perfect and our lovely waitress and waiter Michael Douglas could not do enough for us.Michael even obliged us as our photographer !! We also had a nice chat with Melanie who is Dixies granddaughter. The building is beautiful and we will definitely return .

Visited on Sunday.for something to eat and watch Everton match. Beautiful building and lovely atmosphere. Food was very good. Staff very attentive and they could not do enough for you.only thing that spoiled it was the result. But will definitely be visiting again
