Modern hotel, clean, tidy and very accommodating, the bed was large and very comfortable, good location, near the Docks and the city centre.
Staff very friendly. ideal for a weekend stay.
It was a shame that they don't have their own parking facilities. Apart from that, top marks.

We spent 1 night at the Hilton as we were visiting for a football match. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are fairly compact but clean, comfortable and quite adequate for a short stay. The location is brilliant. Close to Albert Dock and Liverpool 1. Handy for restaurants and tourist attractions.

Very modern hotel, and a good location for the Albert Dock, Liverpool One and the city centre. Rooms are clean and everything you expect from a hotel less than 3 years old.
Staff where very professional and friendly especially Rachel on reception who is a real asset to the hotel.
My gripe though is with the hiltons policy of taking £50 per day pre authorisation on your credit card for mini bar etc. Water in the room is charged at £3.95 and mini bar prices unreasonable. I was askd to pay £10 deposit on a phone charger cable, it all left me with the impression I wasn't trusted by the Hilton group.
I'd stay here again as its one of the best hotels in the city, but can't feel any love for the place, and once the new hotels in Liverpool open I might consider one of them.

Stayed here for 1 night recently. The hotel is very good and the room we had was clean and comfortable and what you would expect from a big chain like Hilton. The breakfast we had in the morning was good as well. The only criticism was when we arrived there was nobody at reception and we were dealt with the lady at reception decided to try and deal with another call at the same time as dealing with us which I thought was a bit rude, otherwise would have given the hotel 5/5. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Liverpool.

Had a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. Rooms very clean, ample room for a couple. Lovely modern bathroom with bath/shower and separate shower cubicle. Great views over Liverpool 1 terraces from our sixth floor. Didnt eat in hotel, but took advantage of complimentary drinks and canapes in executive lounge. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again
