I really wish i had shopped around before choosing this one. I was in a rush and booked the cheapest hotel I could find in Liverpool.
The surrounding area has been demolished which doiesn't make it inviting.
the reception area is shappy and the whole place smells a bit grubby.
My room was small but fairly clean.
There was a selection of condoms in the beside cabinet which made me question the type of place I was staying. The wifi wouldn't work in my room so they moved me. New room was smaller and reeked of bleach which gave the impression of cleanliness but the hiars stuck on the shower wall were unsettling.
The carpets were grubby and I didn't like to put anything down on the floor.
Don't be fooled by the wifi offer unless you are happy to sit with your laptop on your knee as there was no table/dressing table or chair to work from.
The hotel was noisy. The front door opened and closed all night long. Bang, Bang, Bang.
The TV didn't work correctly and was a tiny portable.
I didn't dare venture into the kitchen.
Overall I was happy to leave.
I won't be so cheap in future.More
