This was an excellent place to stay! Staff were friendly and helpful the apartment was in a great location and had every thing we needed. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and modern. I would defiantly stay here again and recommend this to friends and family.

Was a bit anxious having booked and then seen recent reviews but the overall visit experience was a very pleasant surprise.
There was plenty of space, the accommodation was clean and the kitchen well stocked. In particular all of the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming.
The furnishings are very modern and we found the absence of drawers for storage, and lack of mirrors in the bedroom a little bit inconvenient.
Would not have no problem about booking another stay, or recommending these apartments. There was some outside noise in the early hours but after all this accommodation is in the heart of the city and expected.

I first stayed here at the end of November on a ladies shopping trip and was so impressed with the standard of accommodation that decided to take my Husband for a night away on Sunday 5th January.. . . . Can't believe it was the same place !!! We stayed in Apartment 5 on the second floor and we had the worst nights sleep ever ! We expect a certain amount of noise from being right in the heart of the city but we were having to listen to dustbin wagons constantly empty bottle banks throughout the night . The windows didn't have double glazing and the seals had gone on the bedroom window so it was very loud . . . . My Husband had to sleep in the lounge where it was much quieter . . . . Then just when we thought it couldn't get any worse the hotel builders started drilling and removing brickwork in the underground car park at 7:50am which was directly below us . . . . All in all, a memorable stay but all for the wrong reasons !

We have duly noted the adverse comments recently received resulting from building works carried out by our restaurant tenants in our basement car park over the Christmas period.
Insufficient time restraints were imposed on the builders and for this we heartily apologize to our guests for the inconvenience caused them.
We would like to reassure all our guests that the necessary works have been successfully completed. Holding our hands up, we had not fully anticipated the level of disruption that occurred and for this we can only apologize once again – oh for the power of hindsight !
We would also like to mention that we have noted other issues raised and will be addressing them over the course of the next few months. As always, we at Posh Pads will endeavor to make our guests feel as comfortable and as welcome as possible.

We booked an exclusive penthouse,, where do i start,, the only nice thing in this apartment was the Doors, very good quality,, the rest,, coffee table falling to bits, cheap crockery, cheap blinds that never worked anyway, uncomfortable beds, cheap showers, to be frank, cheap everything considering its selling as 4 to 5 star... The rates are very often reduced,, this i feel is a marketing ploy, as the DEAL prices are probably more than i would pay anyway.. Its a shame, the staff are really lovely and sooo helpful,, in another Hotel, that was true quality,, they would help make it work,,, this one will onlyget away with it for so long.......... the other reviews are all correct,, i should say,, the ones that are truthful in their negative feedback,,,,As for the noise,, its outragious that they have workmen hammering in the vacinity at 0750am,, sorry, this tells me that we are all just MONEY,,,,,,,,,,, The owner should take heed, as with some re-investment, he could make a bunch of money if he has it to invest!!
I wont be going back sadly..

In a word - Tired.
Nice place, but expensive. Just needs someone to stay in every room over night and spot the bits that need some repair and care.
Kitchen wall unit scratched the unit next to it.
Door Handles (almost all of them) coming off.
Main Patio Door did not shut properly
Towel holders hanging off
Sofa was 'grey' (I think it was originally Beige?)

OK, none of this is a show stopper, and the facilities are very good, but at £150 a night, I expected more.

Stayed here 29th Jan. At first we stayed in room 20. I sat on the bed and it collapsed reported it and the girl came up and opened the second room. The room was smaller and had no ensuite but the bed looked about 5 year newer than the previous room. The shaving socket in the bathroom was hanging from the wall. We where on the first floor directly above the bar and could here.every word said by people leaving the bar. When the noise calmed we managed to get a couple of hours sleep before the buses and bin trucks started pulling up outside our window at about 5 am. It was like sleeping in a tent. The windows are useless and in severe need of replacing. Over all room 20 is tired and rundown

We asked to get moved and the girl on reception never even asked why and agreed to get us a new room.

We got room 11 on the 3rd floor. The room was top class compares to the other room. The widows in poor condition but being on the 3rd floor the.noise from the street is not as bad and the bedroom is to the back of the building.

We thought everything was fine then.the noise stared. My girlfriend thought she could he.someone playing snooker but it was actually someone with high heels walking about on the floor above. Then the music started then the screaming, shouting and banging. It sounded like a rave above us. We.phoned reception and complained and it stoped for 5 mins then continued til 6am. Never slept for the 2 days we stayed there.

Really disappointed
