“Relaxing mini break”
Reviewed October 22, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

A great location in a busy little city. So much to see and do while there will need to come back again. The flat itself was immaculate with all the amenities you would expect. Most of the city is within walking distance, but be aware that Lincoln itself is built on an escarpment so involves a lot of steep climbs.

“Highly recommended”
Reviewed October 18, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

Had a long week end staying at the Beehive and can easily say that this house is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It’s in a prime location with restaurants, pubs and shops literally on the door step. The house is only a five minute walk from the cathedral and then a short walk down the hill to the City Centre. (or catch a bus). I would not hesitate to recommend this house to friends and relatives because it has everything you need to make the stay relaxed and enjoyable. Already looking at returning next year.

“Fantastic house in a great location!”
Reviewed September 26, 2016 for a stay in September 2016

My youngest daughter and I stayed at the Beehive for five nights and found it to be a great house. Excellent location, guaranteed parking(!), and very well-equipped and laid out. Really can't fault it, it was perfect for us. The spiral staircase is awesome, and the curved sliding glass door is unique too! Really enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

“Excellent Position”
Reviewed June 21, 2016 for a stay in June 2016

This is a modern house on 3 levels which is very well positioned for Lincoln sites. It is a short walk to the Cathedral, Castle and Museum of Lincolnshire and is also very near two excellent restaurants , The Old Bakery Restaurant and The Bronze Pig..The house was very lean , nice linen and towels and we felt very comfortable .I would recommend it..The only slight caveat is that stairs need to be climbed. There is good parking room.

“Ultra modern accommodation in the heart of historic Lincoln”
Reviewed May 14, 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Immaculately kept property with fuss free parking for maximum convenience. Location a short walk from the cathedral and castle and steep hill was a major plus. For those not familiar with Lincoln there is a steep divide between the historic quarter and the commercial centre (and I mean steep!). To be accommodated on the high ground was a perfect start to each day's walk. The best way to see the whole town is to catch the regular open top tourist bus outside the cathedral entrance (within its precinct) and then judge where you want to travel. Everything in reasonable walking distance.

“Loved it”
Reviewed April 10, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

Fabulous house with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Excellent location only a few minutes from the many pubs, restaurants and historical area of the Bailgate. Would certainly look to book again. House was lovely and warm even with the freezing temperatures outside. It also boasted an ecological heat exchanger system, which we were very impressed with.

“Return visit”
Reviewed March 31, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

We were going to return to Lincoln in March having first visited in October 2015 ther was only one place to stay after our first visit to the Beehive. Once again the facilities were excellent with a first class location. A walk through the Castle grounds is a very pleasent way to Steep Hill and beyond.
