Fantastic stay. Owners are great and look after you like you are at home. Paula was great and likes a few wines (reds especially). Steve is a great for a laugh and a beer (likes his beer). I had the best time

Took a weekend here to watch the mighty Sadlers play Lincoln in the FA cup. The game was a complete waste of time, however this was not our experiance at this very pleasant guest house.

Good parking, nice reception and if you want a nice room to lounge in. The room is compact but had all we needed. Cleanliness is a clear priority by Paula who runs the place. What a wonderful landlady Paula is.

From speaking to other guests this house has a tremendous repeat business. If Walsall play again in Lincoln we will be back.

A very flexible and welcoming Guest House. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome to our lovely room complete with a much needed cup of tea. Only stayed one night but found it comfortably walk-able into the beautiful city along the river path. A good night out is to be had in Lincoln and the walk back a pleasure. Comfy bed in a well appointed room and we were unaware of any other guests until breakfast which was well cooked and ample.
Thank you Paula, we look forward to coming back many times.

Room Tip: Although there were only two of us, the family room is cosy and quiet.

I stayed for 2 nights and found it very clean and really comfortable. A good sized room with every convenience possible and plenty of drinks sachets supplied. Breakfast was lovely - home-cooked and delicious. It was an ideal location, easy to find, easy to park the car and Paula explained a really nice short-cut to get to the Cathedral. I would definitely stay there again.

A warm friendly welcome, felt very at home. Nice clean rooms and a great night sleep and excellent facilities. Lovely to wake up to a home cooked breakfast, felt very comfortable and the hosts recommended good places to eat but equally gave you your own privacy to enjoy your stay. Defiantly would stay there again when in Lincoln.

Stayed there for one night to enrol for my uni. Upon arrival, Paula told me that she has upgraded me to a double room. The room was clean, cozy, comfortable and nicely decorated. Paula and her husband went out of their way to help me out, as I forgot some important documents and they have printed them out for me. My hosts were happy to prepare me a vegetarian breakfast and order a taxi for the morning, couldn't ask for more, it was great!

Five of us needed three rooms for two nights to attend a graduation ceremony. First impressions were good. Paula greeted us with a nice friendly welcome and showed us to our rooms. We had a good look around each. Everywhere was absolutely spot less. All rooms were very clean and in very good decorative order. The beds were nice and comfy so we all got a good nights sleep. Breakfasts were really nice with a good choice and plenty of tea and coffee.

The guest house is located on a busy road about 10 to 20 mins walk into the City, depending on how fit you are. There are plenty of things to see and do in and around Lincoln.

The Battle of Britain memorial flight is located just up the road at RAF Conningsby. Make sure the Lancaster is there before you go.I wouldn't bother with the guided tour unless you are really into different types of aircraft mounted machine gun/cannon or are particularly interested in the 21 different marks of Spitfire.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the property are quieter. Two of our party had both front rooms which, althoug...
