Stayed here for one night and would rather of slept in my car.. Damp, dirty and outdated, the only heating in the room was a very old electric blanket that i was too scared to use, hot water from both taps in the scummy basin. Shower room was dirty and had pubic hairs in the drain hole.. Making me feel sick just thinking about my stay there.

I had the poor unfortunate privilege of staying here a while back, booked by my work.
This is without doubt the worst hotel (hovel) I have ever visited, damp, dirt, mould, rotten smells throughout and that was the highlight.

Food inedible and served up in a run down kitchen with no food hygiene sense, could have served it up on the pavement outside at least it would have been cleaner.

Dreadful bedroom and disgusting bathroom down the hall. Other guests looked as if they had just been released from prison.

If a fire had broken out, which would have been a good thing if all were safe, no one would get out alive. The council should shut this dump down.

Do your self a favour, if you are considering this place, get arrested in Leicester for being drunk and disorderly instead and spend the night in a Police cell, a far better standard of accommodation, with the same standard of fellow guests!

The antique patio was inspired by Steptoe and Son.

Great wanted to stay somewhere cheap but omg I will never ever stay in a place like this. The beds were disgusting I slept on the towel to avoid some disease as the beds were stained. Also woke up with two bed bugs crawling on the bed!

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room was smelly, unclean, damp (bed sheets included) the room wasn't decorated and had the same furniture from the first ever people to live there!!! The whole experience from start to finish was a complete disgrace the fact ihad to clean to bath before use was breaking point for me, please don't ever stay here you'd be better on a park bench!

Room Tip: Rooms anywhere but in this place!

Yes it is dated + needs a refurb but what do you want for £15 a night. The beds were comfy + the room was clean. We were even told we don't have to check out @10am we could sleep in as long as we won't @ no extra cost, so we did till 1pm :) will defo stay here again next time I'm in leicester!

Even though I had booked the room in advance, and called when I reached Leicester, the man at the door seemed surprised and slightly annoyed that I showed up expecting a room. The building was dark and dusty, and sparsely furnished (unlike the photos on the the website). The room was tiny, and bathroom unclean and unsanitary. I ended up paying for the room but leaving immediately. If you have low standards and are on a budget, then maybe (maybe) it wouldn't be as bad. Otherwise, don't stay here.
