Brilliant facility's bright, clean and very friendly staff and no time limits brilliant day out!
I was very unsure of this place due to mixed reviews, however due to running out of things to do with my two children I decided to give it a whirl espesially with the offer on the family ticket £16 all day play
When we first got there the greeting I got from the receptionist was happy and welcoming, very embarrassing for me that my card was declined due to my broken card :-< however the lovely lady in the blue t-shirt I think her name was Kelly made it less embarrassing for me and made me feel very assured that my travel was not wasted and helped me fix it and was able to proceed with our family visit she was a very helpful team member and helped me yet again when our son was later stung by a bee she was very caring, helpfully and again very reassuring I can't praise her and the staff enough for there constant customer care very impressed!
Outdoor area is really nice and very popular with the older children my daughter loved it out there.
I did notice a lot of parents not supervising there own children, but yet again the staff did constant radio calls for this so they where aware of this aswell.
We was not planning on staying as long as we did but we decided to stay for a bite to eat which we enjoyed and prices wasn't to bad either only negative I have about 360 play is the waiting time on being served at the cafe and our 40minute wait for food we spoke to a regular customer and she said that was a usual wait for food in the holidays which is a shame as my children where getting irritable and needed a drink and snack the que took so long but I guess holidays it's to be expected
I'm most impresses with the facility's very fresh, clean and constantly being cleaned it is a shame that some of the centre is not fully finished and no air conditioning which is a must in a place where children are running around for hours.
