We ( husband , wife, 2 children and mother-in-law) booked into the Belvedere for only one night in half term. I booked this after having read great reviews on trip advisor and was delighted to find all the postings were true. From the minute we arrived into the warm relaxing atmosphere we experienced an exceptional service. We were offered a cup of tea, our bags to be collected from the car and the impression of nothing being too much trouble. After a full day at the pleasure beach it was great to come back to the cosy bar and relax while the children played on the Wii and tried on a variety of hats and wigs from the barrell of fun!
The room was as described and as others have said before immaculate. I am quite obsessive about hotel cleanliness and everywhere was spotless.
Breakfast served to your table ( so much nicer than queueing at a buffet as we have at other hotels ) was wonderful, hot and just the right proportion. They willingly catered for the children and adapted to their needs.
My big regret is not booking more nights, which we will do next time.
This is Blackpool as it should be and is a must stay for those with or without children looking for a warm, friendly, unique hotel in the quieter part of Blackpool.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Belvedere. My partner and I stayed for the weekend with our Beagle dog Cassie. The hotel is very dog friendly and Steve & Leigh make you feel very relaxed and welcome. There is very nice atmosphere at all times. I highly recommend eating at the hotel because the food is excellent, and Steve pays particular attention to detail in many ways. Our room was very clean, and I would say okay for one person, but our only complaint unfortunately is that it was way too small for two people and a dog. If you do book, request a good sized room. Overall though, great stay.

From the moment we arrived at the reception we were made to feel welcome. Me and my 3 kids stayed in the Royal suite which was a home from home. Some minor refurbishment still needed. My parents were in one of the double rooms still to be refurbished. Not as luxurious as ours but very clean and comfortable. The owners Steve and Lee are in the process of refurbishing all the rooms and so far are doing a fabulous job. The rooms are quite unique and tasteful. The welcoming, family friendly environment greatly outweighs any minor points which you notice. Steve and Lee are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. They provide a personal touch. Steve is a natural people person and has a great way with all his guests, from young to old, and Lee does a mean cooked breakfast. Toffee the dog is a hit with the kids and just makes the family feeling complete. Michelle and the other staff put in a lot of hours but it certainly shows in the service they provide. We'll certainly be back.

This was our first trip away with our 3 month old baby. Steve and leigh made our break amazing, it is rare to meet so nice people who will help and make things easy for you. We was nervous about going away for the first time with our new little one, but they were great. The hotel is lovely too, clean and the rooms are spacious, they also let dogs come too! We have been to blackpool alot of times, this is the hotel you need to stay in! We will be going back.

From the moment we (2 adults, 2 kids & a labrador) checked into the Hotel Belvedere we felt at home. Steven and Leigh are lovely people and fantastic hosts and Toffee the dog an absolute treat. The hotel is unique, the furnishings and decor are gorgeous, the cosy bar is warm, welcoming and child friendly, the sun lounge has unrivalled sea views and the restaurant is fabulous. We stayed for three nights and wished it could have been longer, by far the best and friendliest hotel we have stayed in in Blackpool, we would recommend it to everyone!

Hotel Belvedere is the place to be.
When you go to Blackpool by the sea.
On comfy pillows your head will lay.
The owners are brilliant and come out to play.
The decor is stunning and the positions ace too.
Sit in the sun lounge and "wow" what a view.
Steven, Leigh, Michelle and Toffee are the team.
Go yourself to Hotel Belvedere it is a dream.

Thank you once again for a lovely stay and for carrying my cases. ! The upgraded rooms are stunning, and the traditional rooms are also lovely. You really are "Simply the Best". The ambience and the friendliness is amazing. Very very clean, relaxing, friendly, excellent bar prices, position, nothing is too much trouble, what more can I say. Our family plus dog stayed at The Belvedere over the weekend of July 11th/12th. The hotel offers all that any-one could ask for .
The owners, Steven and Leigh cannot be faulted for the time they give to each guest (whether it has 4 legs or 2 !!).
Steven is a natural with people and is particularly good at entertaining children. They work long hours and nothing is too much trouble.
We have stayed in numerous hotels in Blackpool over the years and this is the only one we have decided to return to - I'm already anticipating the cooked breakfast when we come back in October.!!

They deserve every success -

Paul ,Margaret,Lewis and Jess the westie xx
