Im just back from the elvis tribute weekend with my fiance paul we stayed at this hotel and we love it. Room was spotless and well decorated , food was great and company with the rest of the guests was brilliant even though we were younger than alot of the guests . Aideen the entertainer was one funny girl and great singer the other entertainment was good also. All the staff were friendly and carried out their duties well, big thanks to ollie behind the bar keeping our glasses topped up good man. Dont let the distance from the town put you off the trams and buses are regular both stops straight out side hotel and last but not least get yourselves in to uncle toms cabin pub along the road its great day and night out.

Room Tip: definately ask for a seaview room ours was magic

Just returned from my 1st ever stay in Blackpool & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff ere friendly & worked their socks of from morning till night. Room was clean with tea/coffee replenished every day. Food was excellent & great value for money. Entertainment was top class with compere Aideen making sure everyone was included in proceedings each night with great banter. The free travel pass was a definate bonus & was ideal for getting around.

Room Tip: get a room at the back of the hotel to avoid noise from high winds

Just back from this hotel after spending Friday 30th September to 3rd October 2011. There has obviously been serious money spent on upgrading this hotel. Our room was lovely and modern and clean. Double glazed windows and the bathrooms have had a complete makeover also. All white gloss bathroom furniture with black wet-walls. Flat screen telly and tea making facilities in room also. The food was varied, well cooked and good sized portions. Most importantly the food was alwasys hot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The nightly entertainement was also of a high standard. Definately would go back. Only downside was the size of lift as it only carried two people at a time. Bit of a nuisance but not a big deal for us, but I would imagine the less fleet of foot might sstruggle climbing the stairs.

just back from the boston on monday 22 august and my back is still sore everyone was complaing about the beds you could fell the springs thruoght the mattress one couple had hardboard under theres if you have not got a bad back when you go youl have one when you leave .i the bathrooms are lovely but they made the bedrooms smaller to make the lovely bathrooms ,the staff are good the food is okay too but you have to get on trams or busses and they only run every twenty minuets to go anywheree i dont think its suitable for childreen there is nothing for them and you need a bue or tram even to go to the shops its all mature people that go as well so anyone younger would be bored as the entermainet is for the over seventies

Room Tip: as for a sea veiw as you will get a biger room

Had a great stay at the Boston with my sister-in-law. Staff were fantastic, good food, rooms clean all you need for a nice holiday. Thought it was a bit out of town at first but it was nice and quite . The pass for transport was great. The downside was the bus home it was late , drunks on the bus, driver falling asleep which is being dealt with. Would go back to Boston .
