Rhianon & Derek, (the proprietors) were so friendly and welcoming, and couldn't do enough to make sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay.
The room was very clean, and the beds really comfortable. We stayed for 7nights and the bed linen was changed during this time and towels were changed as often as you requested it, although we were asked every day if we'd like clean towels.
Attention to detail was what we liked, everything you could think you might need was there, ie Box of Tissues in room, 2 x Bottles Water in your room on arrival etc etc.
Location was the south side of Blackpool, a quieter area, but still near a lot of attractions,
a tram or bus ride to the Tower for us as pensioners, but walkable if you are fit.
We liked the friendliness of the propietors and the superb breakfasts, cooked to perfection and a lot of choice.
We did also see they were very welcoming to children ...
In our opinion there is NO downside to this guest house and would recommend it to anybody ..

Cant fault it at all-Price of B&B was fab, -right on top of the pleasure beach, Derek moved his car so I could park in front of the place-cup of tea and biscuit on arrival & bags carried up stairs for us. Gave us a check sheet with breakfast foods on it so we could pick as little or as much as we liked-lovely food.
Really made our stay special and will definitely go back any time we go to Blackpool.

The title says it all stayed for 2 nights and I cannot say a wrong word about this place and from now on will not even consider staying anywere else in Blackpool. The hosts
Derek & Rhianon will do anything they can to make your stay the best even going as far as borrowing my Mrs shampoo as she forgot hers!! Very clean thoughout very comfy beds and a breakfast to keep you going till teatime. A well stocked bar and cocktails to die for so the Mrs tells me. Would highly recomend!!
