Went to The Villa Hotel for my other halfs 40th and it was brilliant!! Gill was fantastic, making us very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble and her sense of humour made the weekend even more special. It was so good we're going back for my 40th in August and have booked in already to take our children to the illuminations in September. Thanks Gill, you made a good weekend exceptional!!!

On arrival we spoke to Gill who guided us into the car park.
We got our room keys straight away.
Room with en-suite was very clean
Hotel is in a good location
Breakfast is very nice and gill can't do enough for you.
All in all a very nice place to be - and good value for money for a couple of nights
Definitely stop again!

This was our 2nd time at the villa hotel and we can't fault it,,,,,The hotel is a stones throw away from the attractions at south shore, sandcastles, pleasure beach etc etc. Gill is a great lady who can't do enough for you,,,,if you need anything just ask her,,,,the breakfasts are excellent hot and filling and served with a smile. The dining area is very spacious unlike some where you can't even get the chairs out. The rooms are very clean with plenty of clean towels. Car parking available at no extra cost, as some other reviews have stated it is tight you need to fold your wing mirrors in to get down the alleyway, once your cars in its secure and safe as the gate gets locked, if you can't be bothered to do that go down road and pay £9 a day. Yet again we were made very welcome and will return again next year.

`this will be our 5th time we have visit, We are always welcomed and Gill and John go out there way to help.
Located near Pleasure Beach it is not a far walk at all, but if you like to go to south pier its only a tram journey which of course not far from hotel.
Breakfast is nice and is served when ordered, not like some I could mention where it is left on a heat plate...
Will be going again..

We stayed at this hotel last year after coming across it whilst walking the streets looking for somewhere with vacancies close to the Pleasure Beach and we were so impressed that we made the effort to book in advance this year - something we have never done when visiting Blackpool. Yet again we had a brilliant experience here and couldn't fault a thing. There were 6 of us over 3 rooms and each room was very clean with nice modern decor and had all the amenities we needed (fresh, clean bedding and towels which seems to be rare in some Blackpool B&B's!). The owner, Gill, is a wonderful, friendly host and really couldn't have done enough for us during our stay and breakfast was spot on too! The car park was a huge bonus and saved us a fortune each day.

As far as B&B's go this place is fab. Is it 5* luxury? No, of course not, but if thats what people expect then they have obviously never stayed in a Blackpool B&B before - there are some horrors out there and this certainly isn't one...and we should know as we've probably stayed in most of them over the years!
