Myself and my daughter (now age 3) have visited 3 or 4 times over the last year and absolutely love the place! We have family in the area and are now moving nearby so will be purchasing season passes. There is loads to do for my daughter and it has given her lots of confidence in the water (in fact, perhaps too much!)
The staff, particularly life guards have always been really friendly toward my daughter and offer advice and suggestions on slides/ areas she might like. She adores the staff and actually goes looking for a particular lifeguard who had a water fight with her on one visit!
I can't wait to have this attraction on my doorstep!
If you are in the area, visit the sandcastle, you won't be disappointed.it isn't cheap but to me it's great value!

Great place to spend a day with the kids, especially when the weather isn't to good. always worth looking out for the vouchers in the local papers as they sometimes offer ½ price discounts.
Booked a birthday party here and took numerous kids here, We were well looked after as you get a member of staff who looks after everything for you (reserved table etc.) can get a bit busy when the weathers naff, but thats part of having an indoor waterpark.
Think the idea of paying extra for the bigger rides could be scaled down as this make a good day out that little bit more expensive.
Like the idea as well that they offer discount to local residents.

its such a good day out, there is so much for the whole family to do, the slides are for all different ages, the monsoon is funny we loved the waves in the big pool and the rapids, the down side is the foodis expensive and you can wait a while to get on a water slide

Great day spent at the sandcastle. Kids aged 8 and 11 had an amazing day. Highlight for the. As the river rapids, must have been round them 100 times!
