Chris and Heather are brilliant so friendly and welcoming the rooms were very clean and tidy and the breakfast was spot on (great hangover cure) close to all shops and amusements but not in a noisy area. Very pleased all round :)

I have stayed here twice now with my 2 daughters and we have had a lovely time. The guesthouse is very clean and tidy, rooms fresh and tea/coffee making facilities in each room. It is situated in a perfect place just off the main promenade which means it is quiet but also close enough to walk to the pleasure beach or to the town. Chris and Heather the hosts were so welcoming and at hand to help with anything we needed or questions we had and the kids loved to chat with them about the exciting things we had done each day too. Breakfast was great and the choice fantastic and also having the choice of having an evening meal there too was good. We hope to go back again this year and definately wouldnt go anywhere else as the value for money is great Nicola, Brogan and Cerys

Room Tip: If you call then you can ask abt rooms as there are different sized rooms with different beds to sui...

We stopped over with friends in Oct to watch the football and have couple of drinks after, very friendly place, nice and clean, not exspensive, has licanced bar and even though my self and my girlfriend slept in and missed breakfast, our friends said it was very good, we where offerd a drink and light snack when we came down stairs, which i thought was very kind, no fuss about our late departure.
On the whole both me and my girlfriend said we will stop there again.

Thank you.
