We have been coming to the Doric on and off now for 15 years, the hotel is brilliant , the staff are friendly love George and James known them since day dot lol , the rest of the hotel staff are friendly and go out of their way to please can't be faulted , the facilities are brilliant the outdoor pool is warm and we got a good tan this weekend looked liked we had been to Marbs lol , The entertainment as a whole is very good especially krazy Karl and Shauna for the children , on the whole the adult entertainment is very good just on occasions it has the occasional blip !!! Now on to the food well what can I say it is scrummy yummy in my tummy , and if anyone picks fault there is something sadly wrong because it is good food !! In my opinion this hotel is the most friendly and nicest in Blackpool that is why we come back every year , thank you The Doric Hotel see you soon xxxx Elaine and Amy xx

Recently visited Blackpool and stayed at the Doric Hotel, excellent family hotel entertainment for kids was brilliant and food was great

As the hotel is at the opposite end from pleasure beach it's quite so no issues for families. Excellent outside pool for kids to enjoy and if the weather is not ideal then they can enjoy the plunge pool indoors

All the staff are very attentive however James deserves a special mention he is fantastic with everyone and makes you very welcome

My family cannot wait to go back to the Doric
