We had originally booked another hotel but when we got there there the other hotel was fully booked. The proprietor had made arrangements for us to stay at the Address. What a good move it was for us. On arrival we were offered tea or coffee but unfortunately had to decline due to other commitments. The hotel was spotless and the room was airy and bright. The shower was a good size and there was plenty of hot water. I think we both had the best night's sleep for months. There was plenty to eat at breakfast although my only criticism would be that it could have been a little warmer. The beach and the town centre were within easy walking distance. Definitely worth another visit.

Myself, my Husband and two children stayed for three nights at September weekend. The rooms were kept very clean and the whole place had a great standard of housekeeping. The breakfast was nice and they made pancakes for the kids which they loved. We also got the chance to taste some authentic Indian food cooked by the owner and it was beautiful. As they cook everything from fresh you need to pre-order these meals once you arrive to allow time for them to prepare but it's worth it. All in all i would definitely return with my family.

We stayed here whilst on a quick tour of the lakes etc looking for a bit of fun inbetween all the travelling.

We used Trip Advisor to select accommodation and booked it on the way there, really not expecting much from anything in Blackpool. What we found was a lovely couple running the show that could not do enough for us upon our arrival, cups of tea and cake on-tap, no dramas just plain good service (their years in the hotel industry abroad show). Good location (10mins from Tower) clean and tidy and the breakfast was pretty good too!

A hidden gem in a seemingly endless road of low grade B&B's. I travel a lot and rarely come across service of this caliber - well done!
