We stayed here whilst on a quick tour of the lakes etc looking for a bit of fun inbetween all the travelling.

We used Trip Advisor to select accommodation and booked it on the way there, really not expecting much from anything in Blackpool. What we found was a lovely couple running the show that could not do enough for us upon our arrival, cups of tea and cake on-tap, no dramas just plain good service (their years in the hotel industry abroad show). Good location (10mins from Tower) clean and tidy and the breakfast was pretty good too!

A hidden gem in a seemingly endless road of low grade B&B's. I travel a lot and rarely come across service of this caliber - well done!

We spent one night in this hotel/guest house. It is located within walking distance of central Blackpool. The disabled room was the best we have come across. En suite bathroom is well equiped. There is a ramp to allow easy access to the ground floor room. The people who run the hotel treat you as friends. They have made every effort to ensure the facilities are of the highest order. And they have succeeded. They could not do more to make our stay better. The hotel is very well decorated, very clean and tidy and the breakfast cooked to order. A place we are pleased to recommend. WE WILL be returning for a longer stay in the future.

My friend and I stay in Blackpool every year for the illuminations switch on and so, over the years we have stayed in many B&Bs. The Address is the only one that we would be sure to return to should we make our trip again next year. On arrival, we were immediately asked if we wanted help with our bags - our hosts couldn't have been more friendly. Check-in was swift and hassle-free and our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we could as for. Check-out is at 10am and, although we were running 10 mins late, our hosts did not make a fuss. Other places in which we have stayed, the hosts have been banging on the door from 9.45am! We felt comfortable, relaxed and confident that should we need any assistance we only had to ask. A great stay - thanks guys!

We arrived at "The Address" to a very warm welcome by Joseph & Kalpana, offered a cup of tea and drinks as soon as we arrived, after a long drive this was most refreshing. Joseph carried all our bags up to the room which was a great help and also showed us how everything worked in the room. The Breakfast is availalbe frm 7-10 which allowed us to have a good lie in before heading down to breakfast at 10am. What a wonderful breakfast selection, pancakes, cereals, full english, toast, and more. It was a very filling and tasty brreakfast, freshly cooked by the excellent chef Joseph. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and so was the communal areas and the use of the wifi and freeview tv was welcomed.
I have to say that me and my family found the B&B faultless and Joseph and Kalpana most attentive hosts at all times.
If i was to find one negative it would be that our attic room smelt slightly damp, was a bit chilly and was a little compact as a family room, but the extremely comfortable bed ensured a great nights sleep.

I recommended "The Address" and would definately stay again if visiting Blackpool. Thanks very much Joseph and Kalpana for looking after us so well :)

As soon as we arrived we were offered a cup of tea and juice which was very welcome after our journey.

Lovely, clean, modern rooms, Excellent food in a lovely dining room, the hosts did everything they could for us, they went out of their way to help at every opportunity, from buckets and spades for the little ones, to an umbrella when it was raining. I was even given a voucher for money off for my taxi when we left!

The only downside was that we had to go home, we will definately be staying again!!!
My children loved the hotel and haven't stopped talking about our stay, if you are going to Blackpool, don't stay anywhere else!
