We where relocated to the Claremont as the Viking were we usually go was closed. We all thought ok it will be a bit of a change as we have been to the Viking for the last 7 years!
When we arrived to check in we where given the keys and sent on our way to find rooms in the motel with very little help or direction!! Rooms where clean and that was the only good thing I can say!!

i was very impressed with the hotel and food but found the front of house staff were missinformed about the special deals and were vague with the car park directions, i was show to the car park by another guest.
Saying all that we had a great weekend and have enjoyed all three hotels in blackpool, we look farward to visit them again next year.

We have been back to this hotel 3 or 4 times, can't resist it, it's now in the blood.
The staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a super position, right across from the trams and the beach.A bus stops outside the hotel,a taxi rank is on the corner, what more could you possibly want, we've been here in April and also winter months and found the sea to be like a "millpond" as smooth as you can imagine.Would recomend it to anybody.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent weekend at the Claremont Hotel. Our waitress looked after us at all mealtimes with efficient and friendly service and the food was delicious. The evening entertainment was great with comedians and vocalists both evenings. The DJ was really funny and we had a good laugh, even after the main programme had finished. The warm, friendly atmosphere at the Claremont make it the ideal place for a relaxing holiday; we have had several weekend breaks at the hotel. The only negative I can think of was the cost of the drinks at the bar, they seemed quite expensive. Our room was warm and cosy and very clean, a few more tea bags, coffee and milk would have been appreciated. On the whole a brilliant, relaxing weekend.

We have now stayed at the Claremont Hotel on numerous occasions and every visit Exceeds the last, The food is excellent with plenty of choice, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment is second to Non,if you wish to explore Blackpools night life you will not be disappointed, there are good restaurants, pubs and clubs will suit every age. If that sounds to exhausting you could take in one of the shows at some of the top venues where you will be treated to top entertainment.

Spent last weekend at the Claremont - stayed at the Claremont before.
Food and restaurant staff excellent although not much room in between tables.
Rooms very clean standard.
All staff deserve a mention - friendly and helpful.
Entertainment as always excellent - compare and Ryan fantastic. Ryan should have a much longer slot.
Kids club was very well organised it had been refurbished since our last visit - computer's a nice touch as we take our grandaught who is 6 - she loves it.
Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful weekend again.
