“'fantastic value for money'”

our party of 6 stayed here for a long weekend in June, we have been before many times, as usual we had a brilliant time. The food was excellent, the staff are friendly, and the manager Marcus can't do enough for you.
Entertainment is good, the location is good and we will certainly be going back again.
The all-inclusive weekends are excellent value for money.

l travel with a friend who is disabled and the staff cant do enough for both of us, they make sure we have a large bathroom, and an easily accessible table in the dinning room,
the food is great and the service is very friendly, with the staff soon remembering your name and how you like your eggs :-)
the swimming pool is one of the best in blackpool, spotlessly clean, and lovely big white towels.
the entertainment is geared for people over 40 with good singers and very funny comedians, the compare is a nut case of the best possible kind who makes all the shows a good night in.
this is not the fanciest hotel in blackpool but its the one that makes you feel at home, that's why we go back as often as we can.
all the staff are very helpful, especially there wonderful manager

Room Tip: when you book ask for a large bathroom

Was a post Christmas, all inclusive treat. It was amazing value for 4 nights, we had a designated table and waitress for the stay, she was really good - very efficient and friendly always had a smile on her face despite the long hours worked.
We are going to go again next year - a down side is the hotel in the wisdom have decided to opt for buffet style breakfast which I feel is a shame. We really enjoyed being waited on - made a change in this high speed world we live in.
We can definately recommend this hotel for the midweek stay.

Room Tip: Our room was sufficient for the time spent in it.

we always have a see view which is worth paying the bit extra for. the staff are very helpfull and cant do enough for you. would say lift is prity small making arriving and leaving with cases hard work,we now put our cases in care day before we go home, then we can always walk down stairs with just a bag.you have 2 get in consort early to get your seat and the entertainment only starts around 8 30.looking 4ward 2 returning in 3 weeks, .x. .

Just arrived back from the claremont after enjoying an all inclusive break. Rooms clean and comfy but could do with a bit of freshening up. A lovely sea view but we paid the extra for this. Food excellent although you could tell a lot of it had been prepared and kept all ready to go out especially the starters and desserts but never the less enjoyable.
Car parking is an issue husband wasnt happy about handing his keys over for the staff to move his car!! Entertainment very good on both nights. we didnt use the pool etc but it looked very clean and inviting. Reception staff wasnt very welcoming not many smiles, but restaurant staff lovely and we had a great waitress who looked after us well. All in all a good place to stay for a bargain all inclusive break.

The service was very good,& in the dinning room we never had to wait for any length of time. The food was Excellent to an high standard. The Bar staff was very friendly & served you promply. The room was spotless & clean to a very high standard every day.The Hotel is only 10mins walk away from the main shops & not to far from the Tower,it is situated just right for me & and my family. If there was any fault with the Hotel it would be having everyone booking in then wait 2 hours for the room which causes a lot of inconvienience when going to your room with everyone going at the same time. There is only one lift which can only hold 3 people & 3 suitcases at a time so expect a long wait if you could not use the stairs, and you are on the Top floor.

We booked an all inclusive long weekend for a friends wedding. Had an amazing time, we have stayed in Blackpool on numerous occassions and we can honestly say that this was the best hotel we have stayed in. We will never use another hotel. The all inclusive option is well worth the money and we hope to return there in a few months time. Food is fab, room was great and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this hotel enough and have raved about it to all my family and friends.
