We stayed in the Champagne suite and as soon as we arrived we were blown away with the attention to detail of the apartment. It is really a home from home and has everything you need. The owner also gave us a very detailed guided tour of the whole apartment and access to a large selection of DVD's which included a lot of childrens films and cartoons.
Location is prefect being not too close to all the mayhem of the centre of Blackpool but just around the corner from a few restaurants and a large Sainsbury's supermarket.

Highly recommended.

This is our second stay at the Beach House in Blackpool because our first one was just so good! On arrival we were once again warmly welcomed by the owners, Darren and Estelle. After our bottle of wine was smashed unloading the car we were given a bottle of champagne- and I don't just mean the cheap sparkling stuff!! It was lovely.

We stayed in the Sanderling suite which as on our first visit, lovely and clean and spacious and airy. The furniture in the bedroom is lovely and the beds very comfortable. Our bed linen, towels, t-towels, dishcloth and bathroom were changed/cleaned half way through our 1 week stay which was great -totally not expected for a self-catering holiday!

We found ourselves returning from our days out slightly sooner than normal because we just loved the accommodation so much it was just so relaxing. We will definitley be returning again but would love to stay in the Champagne suite with some more members of our family!

Thanks again for a lovely holiday. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff who were so friendly-they do a great job.

From the start of our holiday - all our shopping put away in the cupboards and refrigerator, to the warm and friendly welcome - the Beach House was our idea of a perfect holiday base. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything you could wish for in the way of equipment. The lounge was huge and comfortably seated all 6 of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and easy to relax in. We would all highly recommend the Beach House, and in particular the Champagne Suite to everyone. It made for a wonderful holiday, thank you.

We stayed at the Beach house for 1 week at the start of July and found it to be high spec accommodation, well looked after, clean, quiet, great sea views with very welcoming down to earth non resident owners in Don and Estelle. It is so handy for getting the tram and the bus into Blackpool or just a short walk from the local shops and restaurants/cafes in the residential area of Bispham. Although we brought our car from Ireland we did not really need it as we tended to get the public transport most of the time, which is handy if you like the odd pint on holiday!..there is a quiet pub next door to the house and at nights you would not even know it was there! ..you are only across the road from a long paved coastal pathway that runs for several miles.

This was our third visit to the beach house and happy to see that standards haven't slipped, still very clean. Although we didn't see Darren or Estelle this time, the members of staff we did see were polite, professional and helpful, especially the lady (sorry forgot her name - terrible memory!) who welcomed us with our keys and showed us how everything worked. All in all, a great place to stay, especially with children (it's nice and quiet) . Would definately reccommend to anyone looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and of an excellent standard.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us again, and for your review.
We normally love to meet all guests, especially return visitors but sadly we had a family member very ill who we have since lost.
Jackie is the name of the lady who greeted you this time, she is our manageress and stands in for us should we have a genuine reason not to be there. We are always aware that it is our guests who pay our wages and we sincerely respect that.
Hoping you will stay again one day and we will be there for a big catchup!!
Thanking you once again Estelle. Regards from Darren

We stayed in the sanderling suite at the end of June.

As a couple looking for a quiet few days together, this place was perfect...

On the beach front and around the corner from amenities. A mile or so away from the town so was quiet on an evening and not crowded during the day.

The suite was very nice and had every thing a couple could want, including a small balcony. The decor was recent and tastefully done

There were bunk beds in the bedroom as well but i wouldn't recommend for a family of 4 (1 spacious bedroom with onsuite shower and 1 spacious kitchen/lounge) as I would say that the suite wasn't big enough really.... However, if the idea was to be out all day every day and just sleep there then it would suffice...

Darren and Estelle were lovely and provided sound advice on the locale and the amenities......

Your review is exactly what we think! and we are actually taking the bunk beds out of The Sanderling suite at the end of August when all our customers who need them will have had their holidays.

However we will be putting a single bed to replace them as it is a Level one mobility suite, and we have to have another bed ,besides the double bed in the room.(Some people have a carer)

We think it will look a lot less crowded as bunks are rather imposing.
Many thanks for your comments.
