spent one night here on 9th October. lovely friendly receptionist checked me in. Room was small but adequate. plenty of tea, coffee etc, but the only plug for the kettle was near the floor under window, flex not very long so It had to stand either on the floor or on the very edge of window bottom, not very good for health and safety! Bed was very comfortable though. Not impressed at breakfast, reception had told me 9am was the best time, as all the coach trippers would have finished and it would be less busy, that was true, but I found there were no bowls left for the cereals, and juice jugs empty (no glasses if they'd been full) no clean tables laid up, and it took a while to catch a young lady's eye. She very quickly brought my breakfast though, but then had to find somebody again for milk and sugar, no butter brought with toast, then had to look round other tables for jam/marmalade to put on it. I never did get any cereal or juice! (and it's the first ever 'full english' without sausage!!!! But at the price for bed and breakfast, shouldn't complain.
