I find Premier Inn to be a really reliable brand and this did not disappoint. The room was large, spotlessly clean, brilliant temperature control, bed really comfortable etc etc. Could not fault it. The only problem was that our room was directly above the reception entrance and on several occasions during the night people found it necessary to have prolonged conversations/telephone calls there, goodness knows why. And the brickwork made for a really echoy effect and I was woken up a few times. On the third occasion I got in touch with the night porter who sorted it immediately and without any unpleasantness. In the morning I thought I would invoke the Good Night guarantee whereby you get your money back if you haven't had a great night's sleep. I thought I would have to submit a claim in writing but in fact they gave us our money back straightaway. Be honest...is that service or is that service???

Staff friendly and courteous. Clean, comfortable and roomy. There is no lift though had to climb 2 flights of stairs with suitcases. The pub next door the Yeadon Way had good food including breakfast and friendly staff.

Have stayed in Premier Inns many times and this one was up to the usual standard. Room clean and well serviced but the lack of sockets at bedside was a big disappointment, for phone charging, alarm etc Avoid the adjoining Brewers Fayre if at all possible. All in all a pleasant stay though.

I have stayed here before but this stay wasn't quite as good, the staff we're a bit miserable to be honest usually they are really friendly but not this time, the receptionist was very unpleasant for some reason, the rooms we're what you'd expect from a premier inn well cleaned etc,but the beds are too hard I struggled to sleep as did friends who we went with, all in all it was ok but not as good as usual unfortunately!

Second visit to this particular premier inn and we weren't disappointed. The rooms are immaculate, as are the communal areas. the staff were welcoming and always friendly, approachable and helpful. less than 5 minutes walk to the south pier/pleasure beach. us and the kids loved it and it was peaceful on a night. would thoroughly recommend this hotel. great value for money too when you catch a deal.
